2207 Cameron Blvd is just a stone's throw away from the best Isle of Palms has to offer. Beach access is a breeze from this corner lot which is only one block from the ocean. Local restaurants, bars, groceries, and coffee shops are just 4 blocks to the south. The public park and rec center are just 4 blocks to the north with a playground, play fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more. Being 5 blocks from the Isle of Palms Connector Bridge, beach traffic is a non-issue.

When it's time to relax, luxury will find you at the private swimming pool that includes a built-in hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Beautifully designed and surrounded by wonderful tile work, the pool is the perfect hideaway. When it is time to hit the beach, you will find it just a short block away. An inverted floor plan, the living, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom are all located on the top level of the house. Gourmets will love the spacious kitchen that has many extras like a pot filler right on the stove, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room is amazing with a large 75-inch 4K TV, Apple TV, stereo system, elevated bar, and stylish furnishings. Home also has a widescreen compute monitor, printer, and dock available.

Each bedroom is outstanding, and you will be spoiled by the comfort of bedding and the wonderful furnishings. 2207 Cameron Blvd features two master suites with luxurious bathrooms in each. (Note: The shower in the top floor Master Bathroom is not currently working, making that bathroom a half bath.) - You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 night min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F. Either the spa or the pool can be heated but not both--if you choose the pool, the spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

    Lovely spacious home & well stocked kitchen. Beach access very close. Communication great. Kitchen fridge ice maker didn’t work but repair was pending. Some of the doors were difficult to lock. No complaints otherwise. Would highly recommend!

    Large house with lots of room to entertain as well as spread out for alone time. Beds are so comfy! Two families and Grandpa stayed in this practically on the beach home. A very short walk to beach access was awesome. Closer than we were expecting! Great shelling, but we must have come during jelly season because a lot were on the beach and hardly anyone went into the water. Groceries, liquor, etc. were all a short car/bike ride away on the island. Great food options, but GrubHub and Door Dashers left a lot to be desired. Why not 5 stars? 1. The house is LOUD. The door hinges all need a good spray of WD40. The AC is on the roof (as expected), but it's loud. The fridge is big and great, but runs loud too. 2. The complimentary bikes were locked up. Just inconvenient to message property manager for the code. And the method of getting into the locked house was inconvenient (garage, then interior code instead of direct front door lock access). 3. The trash was full when we got there, but we didnt know it until a few days later. Per instructions we had to message the property manager who promised to get it picked up. It never was, so some trash had to stay in the house when we left. 4. Wish there were complimentary beach towels. We wouldnt want to waste suitcase space to pack them, and we felt bad at the possibility of just throwing them away at the end of our stay. Overall all the above are minor, would definitely come back! It was Florida without the craziness of Florida.

    House location was very convenient, close to both food/entertainment and groceries. The house itself was very nice and offered several amenities. Our only complaint would be the condition of the pool/hot tub. When we arrived the pool was very dirty and not swimmable. It was not cleaned until a few days into our stay. We thought the cleaning crew from the prior visitors would have taken care of this. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

    The house was very comfortable and plenty of room for 8 adults. The location was great, short walk to a beautiful beach, 2 incredible golf courses close by and quiet Neighborhood to ride bikes.

    This was a family gathering of 6 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids. The house accommodated all of us with ease. We especially appreciated the closeness to the beach, the availability of bikes, the $250 chair rental “gift”, and the well supplied kitchen. The elevator was a god send with luggage and groceries! The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Convenient shopping was a plus. We loved gathering on the porches and the upper deck. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to put a day bed or pull out couch in the loft. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

    Our must have’s for our beach vacation was close to the beach, access to a pool, and an elevator. This house delivered all 3. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nice and spacious.

    Our group of 6 women had a fabulous time celebrating a 50th birthday. Our foodie friend loved the kitchen. The location was ideal. Easy access to the beach, grocery store and restaurants.
