Step inside and you will be delighted to find a well-appointed home featuring freshly painted stylish colors, a totally renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a welcoming foyer, and a beautiful master bedroom featuring a king bed. The bathroom has many upgrades including new fixtures. Outdoor living is at its best at 202 D Port O Call with a spacious screen porch, and seating for four that is highlighted with ocean and pool views. With the prevailing summer Southwest Breeze, it is a cool spot even on the warmest of days.

When it is time to explore the community, you will find “Whispering Palms” at 202 D Port O Call is in the perfect location and just a few minutes’ walk from the Links Golf Course Pro Shop. There you will find the Sandbar Restaurant, shopping, driving range and the world-famous Links golf course. Bike rentals are a great way to get around, and there are miles of bike trails leading you past six other dining options within Wild Dunes, a spa, playground, the Harbor golf course, and Duney’s Ice Cream Shop on the beach. Best yet, Historic Charleston is only 30 minutes away!

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The rental includes a sleeper sofa.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was prefect for our family of 4. The beach and pool were both in close proximity which is a bonus with kids. The complex is quiet, clean, and very family friendly. Check in was easy and any communication was responded to quickly. We went to Shem Creek nightly for dinner, which was just a 20 minute drive. Overall, our experience here as amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again! One added bonus was the ability to rent beach equipment and have it delivered to the condo!

    The place was great. Pool and access to the beach was very convenient. The only thing that needs to be changed is the carpet in the small hall and bedroom. Every thing else was perfect!

    We truly loved this condo from the view of the water both pool and ocean. We were lucky enough to witness the full moon from the screen porch as well as the beach. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were less than ideal. The kitchen was well stocked. I suggest adding a spatula, tongs and a quality fry pan for cooking breakfast.

    We enjoyed the condo, pool and beach. The screened in porch was a nice bonus. Only drawback was the “corporate feel”, for instance, light in bathroom was attached to very loud fan, other switches inoperable, sheets/towels kinda crusty. These were small things and overall stay was lovely.
