Nestled in the renowned Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community, this stunning two-level home is perfect for those looking for a luxurious getaway! Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

When you step inside this two-story beauty, you will be welcomed by a bright and airy, coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room - ideal for entertaining! Prepare culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, an air fryer, plenty of counter space, and a sparkling island with seating. When mealtime is over, spread out comfortably in the inviting living room and make yourself at home as you watch an entertaining show or movie on the TV with cable or play games. On the first floor, you will also discover a laundry room with a washer/dryer and two well-appointed coastal bedrooms - both bedrooms are equipped with TVs, while one of them enjoys an en suite bath. The upper level boasts a private main suite with a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

This resort home also enjoys a prime location near amazing local attractions, including Treasure Island, Chute 'Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Mustang Island State Park, and Roberts Point Park. Downtown Port Aransas is within three and a half miles of your door.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
