Pleasant or Sullivans Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Upon entering the home you will find a family room & dining room area, a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the laundry room on the lower floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered patio with outdoor seating area outside the front door. On the home's second floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, one bathroom and the living room (with futon). Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that this is a side-by-side duplex unit. The other unit in this duplex is also available for rent. If both units are available for your selected dates, then you may rent both homes for your next multi-family reunion or friends' vacation and sleep up to 20 people in the whole building.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.

    Had a fun girls trip here with my daughter, granddaughter and her other grandma. We had so much space and really enjoyed the fun TV room upstairs. Loved that we could walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was so nice. Overall, a fun, wonderful place!

    We had a wonderful stay for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The rental was exactly as described and we had no problem accommodating the 9 of us. It was definitely clean and well kept, and we enjoyed the beach items that were available. The short walk to the beach was perfect to enjoy some relaxing time together. The rental is also just a short drive to plenty of popular spots in downtown Charleston. We were able to hear the adjoining rental at times, but it was never a big issue. We definitely enjoyed our stay on the Isle of Palms!

    Rented both East and West for a multi family beach vacation. The East side has a master downstairs. 3 rooms upstairs. Everything was really clean. The grill looked newer. Loved the outdoor seating area. I reached out to property management to open the divider upstairs. They responded immediately and did it the next morning. The price is very good for how close you are to the access. Highly recommend.

    When we first arrived the property was clean, tidy, and well stocked with essentials. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The host had clear communication on the check in and check out process which made everything a breeze. We would love to stay here again for our next Isle of Palms trip!

    Everything was great! Location was excellent for all that we wanted to do. The front porch and balcony were the most popular areas for our family. The walk to the beach was very short and the area was beautiful.

    We had a great stay at this house on Isle of Palms. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was a very short walk to the beach. The location of the house allowed us to get to all the surrounding areas very easily. We visited Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan’s island and even went to Folly Beach to explore for a day. There was more than enough room for all 9 of us. The only down side was having to shuffle cars around to avoid parking tickets as you can not leave cars parked on the street. There is also a public parking spot about a 5 minute drive into town. The one bedroom shared a wall with the neighbors unit but it was only muffled talking so we suggest giving that bedroom to the early riser of the group.Overall we really enjoyed this spot and would be back next year for some more sun and fun.

    The outside of the property was nice and the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. The issues we had was that the sheets on a couple of the beds were dirty & pillow cases had make up on them and the floors turned our feet BLACK they were so dirty. The walls were extremely thin and we were expected to not make noise after 10pm which with a 7yr old and young adults on vacation was not an easy task and made things quite stressful. The last thing was that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner below 70 which for the downstairs was ok but the upstairs was miserable and made it difficult to sleep. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

    Fantastic location. Clean and well stocked home. Close to restaurants, Charleston. Walls are thin so you will definitely hear the neighbors. Hosts responded quickly to our questions! Would stay here again!
