Quiet and not far from park and restaurants. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Property owners were very helpful.

This was a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with whatever you would need. Things like makeup wipes, q tips and bandaids. Some spices...The location was super convenient. The host responded quickly to our inquiry. There were menus and local recommendations. We 100% recommend..

Absolutely loved our stay. Can down to Austin for my brother’s wedding. Peach and Cynthia were very helpful when we had trouble finding an alternative route due to the trail of lights road closures. Very comfortable beds. The neighbor was very nice too. All in all it was a very nice stay.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, easy instructions for check-in and check-out, the house was super clean, and we had excellent communication from our host. All in all we had a great time and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place!! it was perfect So close to everything! Beautifully decorated with custom designer furniture. The owners were absolutely so kind and gracious. The Kaleidoscope House was just perfect for our four night visit. We so appreciated all of the thoughtful touches and extras that made our stay feel like home. The kitchen was well outfitted and even had spices in the pantry. Normally there isn’t even salt and pepper. Although we didn’t use the grill, there is a very nice setup on the deck with a table and chairs. It wasn’t swimming season, but beach towels were provided. Having a washer and dryer is great too. The area is quiet and parking on site makes it very convenient. It is very close to Zilker Park and all of the great restaurants on Congress, Lamar and South First. Thank you to our hosts who made our stay so perfect.

We had a great time

Kaleidohouse was a clean, cozy property with all of the amenities one could want. Walk to Zilker and Barton Springs. Less than a mile from great restaurants, JuiceLand, and coffee. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

The Kaledio house was perfect for our family! The unit was incredibly well-equipped and Cynthia & Peach were wonderfully communicative and accommodating. They provided so many extras - beach towels, sunscreen, coffee, books, toys, games, toddler bed rail, toiletries, and more. They clearly put a lot of thought into making their home a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved being so close to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Peter Pan Mini Golf, and Butler Park.

Under the Oak tree Out on the deck was our favorite place to hang out. When the weather is Nice, honestly, there is A Healing Energy there that whispers Relax, bathe, nap and just stay Right Here.

We were in Austin for just one night, but this was a great place to stay. Cynthia and her crew were easy to work with, reached out ahead of time to ensure we had what we needed for the stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable for a good night of sleep.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Clean, convenient and safe! The home was cute as a button!

The location of this duplex was awesome for getting around town. Nice view of downtown from the front porch! The duplex was quiet, comfortable, and equipped with all of the essentials we needed. The beds were comfortable!

We stayed for two days over Christmas. The neighborhood was decorated with beautiful lights. It was a quiet, peaceful getaway from our otherwise sad and stress-filled year.

Just as described, had everything we needed and then some. The home is beautiful, and the king size bed was so comfortable I think it cured my neck pain. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We stayed three nights over Thanksgiving. Fabulous VRBO, definitely one of our favorites and we hope to stay again. Great beds, everything looked new and VERY clean, all the supplies we needed so made it so much more easier to make a dinner. Great shower. Deck was nice to sit on, very peaceful. Nice surrounding area. A very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Quiet Neghiborhood

Our stay at Kaleido House was great - great property with all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen and close to Barton Springs and trails. The host communications were timely and very helpful. We will stay at this property again on our future trips to Austin.
