What a great little find! We just arrived back home. The children and us stayed the week so we could explore the Cape. This is a wonderful little home and taken care of so well. Thank you Melissa.

Melissa was available Consistently throughout my stay, she made me feel very welcomed. The house was absolutely beautiful, beautiful with all the amenities as it says very convenient to the beaches and plenty of room for everyone. I ended up with a flat tire and she was willing to call AAA and come over and assist me, I will definitely be returning

We visited in off season. Fell in love with this area. Very walkable, parks, library and beach all very closeby. Easy to walk for basic groceries, coffee. House had everything we needed. Host responsive. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, full of anything you might need, and super close to everything. The only downside was not being able to stay longer!

A tornado had touched down two days before we were supposed to arrive. The house unfortunately lost electric. The homeowners notified as soon as they were able. We went to the Cape anyway with hopes that the electric would come back on. On our way there we received a phone call from the homeowners telling us the electric was back on!! Great news! Trees were down all around the property and neighborhood, but the homeowner was there the next day cleaning up and making sure there was nothing in our way. Very considerate. Would definitely go back.

The house was very comfortable. Our dog was at ease. The heating system was wonderful for the off season.

Very comfortable bed (had a cushy topper). Pet-friendly. Clean & Organized; had everything we needed. Was cold & windy outside during our stay, it even snowed, but we were warm inside. Location away from main / busy streets was nice since we were able to walk dog in a residential neighborhood without excessive traffic - yet convenient access to stores & major roads.

Great space and great location!

Had a good 3-night stay with family. Melissa was very responsive, and accomodating, going out of her way to get everything ready, and offer an earlier check-in (sadly, we weren't able to take advantage of it). The cottage was cute, exceptionally clean, spacious enough to accommodate our family of 6, and very well-located! Shopping/antiquing, restaurants, ice cream shops, miniature golf, beaches, and endless other activities are all within walking/short driving distance. The lovely sunroom made up for a limited yard space, and was such a welcome spot to get cozy with a book and a cup of tea while it rained outside. A stack of books and puzzles in the twin bedroom was an unexpected surprise! Having to bring your own linens (aside from King bed) and towels was a minor inconvenience (although, to be fair, it was mentioned in the listing beforehand). We did wish that the futon room and the adjacent bathroom would have had doors for added privacy, but we made it work. Noticeable strong musky/moldy odor inside upon arrival, which persisted throughout our stay. Several of us were found to be quite sensitive to it, which is unfortunate, as this charming Cape Cod cottage is a good value for the price otherwise!

Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!! We had a restful & comfortable time!!

Great simple clean. Perfect for a night off island.

We were down in Dennis for a short one night stay, ended up being able to check in early (although we did not) it was a nice surprise to have the ability to! The check in process could not have been easier. Neighborhood was quiet. You have to bring your own linens (except for king bed) and own bath towels (noted clearly in description). This was the first air bnb/vrbo I have stayed at that I have had to do this, I prefer to have everything supplied when traveling, just my personal preference! My one complaint is that upon arrival there was a musty smell and a strong cleaning product smell, most windows were already open upon arrival, and it was a little warm inside so I went to turn on the window AC units only to find them all infested with black mold (see photos). As a healthcare provider this is concerning.

Just got back from our stay in this house and we had an amazing time. The house was clean, check-in/check out instructions were clear. Perfect spot to stay for a Cape getaway! Will definitely stay there again.

This vrbo is in the perfect location! Short walk to the beach, great sun room, and great outdoor area. Everything you need from a grocery store, to diners are a very short drive or walk!

This home was just lovely. It was a perfect place to rest and relax after days exploring Cape Cod. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The two bedroom, two bath set up would suit families, and friends getaways.

This property was as described on website. No surprises, very clean, communication from property manager was very professional. We would have enjoyed the property better if it wasn't for the torrential downpouring the night we stayed.

Perfect for what we needed for a wedding!

We visit the Cape every September and this year was extra special since our accommodations were so comfortable. We slept well on the quality mattresses in this cozy house, and had lovely meals in the eat-in kitchen. We felt at ease in the quiet neighborhood and loved the easy access to mini golf and beaches. We hope to stay here again, would recommend to others as a perfect mid-Cape homebase.

Great location - walking distance to Sundae School and Sea St Beach!

We had a great time at Melissa's place in Dennis Port. It was very spacious for me and my 2 daughters. Plenty of room to spread out. We basically slept and showered there. Spent the rest of our time out and about, so we didn't take advantage of extra rooms, outside shower, yard, etc. The place was very clean. The only tiny issue we had was some gnats/tiny flies (?) that seemed to increase in the evenings. I'm not sure where

The house was lovely and comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is very calm, and the location was convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This rental was so perfect! Great location to walk to restaurants and ice cream. Several beaches were a quick drive. We searched 40+ rentals and this was the only one with 2 bathrooms which was a huge plus for a family and the outdoor shower was a great bonus after the beach! Highly recommend and will definitely rent again! Dont hesitate- perfect spot!!

Great visit to Cape Cod. The cottage was centrally located for everything we did. Melissa had great recs and we went to her #1 rec for breakfast and it was great. House was very spacious and the neighborhood was so pretty.
