This sweet bungalow in the Norfolk village of Docking is a peaceful retreat for couples, friends or families to really get away from it all. It’s in a lovely rural spot with a pub, shops and a fish and chip shop within 0.5 miles. You’ll be 3.5 miles from the Norfolk Coast AONB, opening up opportunities for scenic walks and cycle rides through farmland, marshland and coastal slopes. The two-bedroom property, where one dog is welcome, is surrounded by a large lawned garden where youcan chat and eat in the fresh air with fellow guests.

A serene atmosphere awaits inside this one-storey accommodation, whose dual-aspect lounge is a lovely place to relax in the evenings. Sink into one of the sofas and pop a film on the Smart TV for some evening viewing, lighting up the flame-effect wood burner if it’s a cold night. The spacious kitchen has all the necessary equipment for meal prep, and the sunny conservatory is a delightful spot for tucking into those leisurely meal. A breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen creates an alternative spot for snacking. The spacious garden has a traditional brick and flint wall down one side and plenty of seating, and a BBQ is available for if you fancy some outdoor cooking.

The village is located within a Conservation Area and surrounded by pretty landscapes. Birdwatching enthusiasts will be keen to discover the RSPB Titchwell site 5 miles away. Ready for a day at the beach Within 10 miles, you’ll have gorgeous stretches of sand at Hunstanton, Brancaster, Thornham, and Holme. A little further away, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea (both 11.5 miles) are renowned coastal destinations well worth the trip.

- Podpoint pay as you go charger with 7kw output.(The charger is not tethered, so a charging cable needs to be connected that fits into a Type 2 socket).

- Storage for bikes

- One well behaved Dog welcome
