This place was dirty. Had the clean the bathroom before we could shower. Dust all over the light fixtures and garbage and hair on the floor. Space would be nice if it was clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows sucked.

The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked! The two bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Having 2.5 bathrooms was so convenient! The location is ideal and the neighborhood is charming! We highly recommend!

This beautiful, well-maintained, old house is a reminder of my youth; a time when life was simpler and we dared to let our children play on the street after school; when we didn't worry about inflation, tariffs or crime on the street. Step back with me to narrow plank wood floors, fireplaces that burn wood, not natural gas, creaky stairways to the upstairs bedrooms. But that's about where the old ends. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences, the main bath has a luxurious soaker tub and the beds are comfortable with elegant linens. You enjoy all the modern conveniences in an elegant 19th century mansion. Wait! There is still more. Molly, the hostess, is phenomenal. She provided us with advice on which restaurants to visit, things to see and do, including museums, parks and the NB legislature building. She responded to every query within minutes and took a real interest in ensuring that our stay in Fredericton is one that we will fondly remember as long as we live. We loved this place and were sad to have to leave.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a wonderful old home which is perfectly located in the downtown core of Fredericton. The home is clean and well appointed and the host is attentive and quick to resond to all inquiries. I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back next year.

My wife and I attended the Harvest Music Festival in Fredericton and were very lucky to be able to rent this property. It had everything and more of what we needed for a great stay. The property was very clean and well equipped. The Neighborhood is absolutely beautiful with so many historic homes, and we enjoyed walking around taking the architecture in. We were a 15 minute walk from downtown and just 2 blocks from Frederictons Farmers Market that was a an event in itself. Molly was so great to deal with and very prompt with answers to any of our questions. If you need to be in Fredericton, this would be a perfect spot to stay.

This property was almost perfect. I am living with dialysis so my wife and I went upstairs to figure out which room would work best. As I was returning downstairs I tripped on the two stage landing and suffered a significant cut on my arm which required a hospital visit, along with superficial bruises. Safety strips on stair edge needed. Fortunately, no broken bones! No grab bars in ensuite shower. Molly, the Property Manager, was totally awesome, she was very helpful in arrangements for delivery of dialysis supplies, assistance in providing temporary treatment of my wounds and arrangements for late checkout.
