Spin & Sip | Dog-Friendly Vinyl Vibes Downtown

Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others when researching.

We enjoyed our stay here!Perfect to be able to walk many places….we walked to the farmers market which was amazing. It was great and we enjoyed our stay & touring Fredricton.

Great location. only negative was somewhat uncomfortable beds. Enjoyed the bikes, which were available.

Loved this soace

My friend and I both enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood was quiet and in a nice central location. There were a couple little details we noticed about some general tidying that was missed but overall a clean and very comfortable space. Our dogs also enjoyed the space and the small yard in the back!

Loved my stay here, had just what I needed and was spacious.

This was a very comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. The living area and kitchen were especially nice, as was the enclosed front porch! My only suggestion would be adding a table/small dresser to the front bedroom which was a bit small for 2 adults with their travel items. Sleeping was fine but if the room could have some shelving, a small dresser, etc., that would help with clothing and other items.

Very well put together apartment in an ideal location in fredericton for exploring by foot. We walked to the farmers market and you are walking dustance to everything downtown but also odell park and wilmot park.

We needed somewhere close to the university and this fit our needs perfectly. It is also with walking distance of downtown. The home was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend.
