2 Acre Cozy Rim Country Escape

Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a successful family reunion at this property. Plenty of space to spread out and do field games. There were goatheads around the property that stuck in our shoes. The house was great-beds were comfortable, kitchen decently stocked with cookware and ovenware, beautiful fire place, board games cabinet, Keurig and Nespresso station (make sure to take pods), and a designated fire ring outside with benches by it. Full washer and dryer. Would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful host

This house was perfectly placed for our stay in Payson. It was very quiet and allowed us a good place to rest. The house was very clean!

The host was easy to communicate with and very kind. The place was beyond our expectations. Don't let the surroundings fool you. You will enter a mixed style neighborhood but once you enter the drive the place is gorgeous. The interior is very modern and the amenities available made the stay perfect. We give this host 5 stars all around for cleanliness, style and homr away from home feel. We will be back soon!

Difficult understanding property was a little more expensive than planned for

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The area was perfect for the kids to play, and being pet-friendly made it even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

This home was our final stop on a week-long trip chasing fall colors in Arizona—and it did not disappoint. It was spotless and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the rooms were beautifully done, and the beds were super comfortable. The host communicated well and was always available for any questions we had. We loved spending our evenings outside around the fire, stargazing under the clear night sky. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Payson.

This was the most accommodating cabin we've ever stayed at. The craftsmanship and resourcefulness was fun to admire. The kids loved the loft bed. The size of the yard allowed us enough space to play a wiffle ball game. Wide open kitchen and living room for entertaining inisde. All around 5 star stay

My family and I have stayed in VRBOs all over the country, and this place was by far the top three. The owner had everything you would want in a VRBO, and it was absolutely beautiful inside. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Payson.
