Stayed Oct 10, 2025Everything seemed as advertised except internet wasn’t working. When alerting company we were told they’d check. We never got it working and had to leave day early due to warnings for impending storm. We were given a credit for lack of amenity without asking.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The kitchen was well appointed. The ice maker did not disappoint. We received the check in email in plenty of time and the door lock was easy to operate.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025What a beautiful spot in a great location! This house was beautiful, beachy, clean, and well maintained. The development offered great amenities—next to the bay for kayaking, walking paths, golf, pool passes. It was about 5.5 miles from Bethany Beach—an easy bike ride. It's also very close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and the Millville Boardwalk. We had a great long weekend, and we'll definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Overall, it was clean and in a good location. But there were little things...kitchen table wasn't wiped off, crumbs all over the chairs, the iron was left out, a q-tip was laying on a bedroom table, etc. With heavy rain, the sunroom leaks and water steams in through the windows, leaving things wet and dirty drip marks all around. Walls and ceilings are thin - you can hear the people upstairs walking around.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Nice layout, especially liked the enclosed porch area with a view of the water. Very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of wildlife in the area. Loved watching the deer in the area and birds on the hiking trail down the road. Would definitely stay here again provided Vacasa keeps in touch with me about the changing of the door lock code during my stay and other details.
