- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property.
- This property has a private pool but does not offer pool heat.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- The built-in grill is currently out of service. However, there is a propane grill and a Green Egg available for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the home's pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Parking Details:
- Parking for 5 cars in the driveway and garage.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    This was the perfect location for three couples. The house was well-equipped and comfortable, and the beach was just a short stroll away. Everyone had a terrific time and would definitely consider this property for a future stay.

    1. Great location, comfortable house for a large group. Nice backyard. Love showers, bathrooms and balconies. 2. Furniture in living room needs a good cleaning as cushions were stained. 3. Kitchen needed more dish towels, there were no pot holders, there were only 6 coffee cups for a house that sleeps 12 and only 3 cereal bowls.

    Worst experience ever. Very dirty inside and absolutely unable to use outdoor kitchen.. filthy needs power washing. Web site is false advertising. Home not maintained. Lost air-conditioning on first floor 1 portable unit installed that did not cool master bed/bath ( 81degrees) dirty floors , some linens stained, tile holding up bunk bed, wine cooler not working, too many problems, unbelievable. We ate out most of the time. Very disappointed.

    This home was exactly as advertised. The location was outstanding! Big enough for all adults to have their own space, with separate cozy bedrooms. All of us said the beds were super comfortable! The outdoor area was very nice! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

    We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. The home is even more gorgeous than than the pictures. Views were gorgeous. Super close to the beach. Beds were very comfy.

    We enjoyed our stay at Beachwood East in January 2023. The home is beautiful. Anything that arose during our stay was taken care of by the property manager promptly. We would definitely love to stay there again.
