Stayed Jan 31, 2026This is a charming house in an excellent location. Short walk to downtown, Linfield, and Walgreens (if you need something quick). I stayed with my family and it was perfect. We have rented from the host a couple times and she is THE BEST. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a responsive host, clean house, great location, and lovely stay in McMinnville.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025I cannot recommend this home enough! I have probably stayed at over 25 VRBO properties over the last 25 years, and this was the best appointed and most comfortable one to date. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedding and extra linens are so comfy, the bath towels were luxurious and abundant, the extra paper goods were very appreciated, and the outdoor fireplace was so inviting. We really appreciated the host's very clear and detailed instructions for everything. The home is in a cute residential neighborhood a little over a half mile from the super quaint downtown center and just around the corner from a Walgreens. During our walk to downtown, we passed beautiful apple trees and breathtaking fall foliage. I can go on and on. This was the PERFECT base for two couples to spend four nights while wine tasting and exploring Willamette Valley. My only complaint is that the beautiful wooden floors creaked during early morning potty breaks, but that's part of the home's charm and can't be helped. It's a great house!!!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025we were all impressed with the house. It was a lovely older property with original details and modern updates. it was well supplied with everything in the kitchen, even had olive oil. it was spacious for 4 adults and also nice to have some outside private space. The basement would be a bonus if you have kids.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025What a beautiful home!! My COO reported to me that your home was the perfect accomidations for our senior employees. Our company, Phenix Solutions, is located in McMinnville and we needed accomidations for a lenghty stay for some of our senior engineers as well as our COO to stay at. After very long hours of working it was nice to come home to a relaxing and inviting home and the location was the perfect distance from the shop reported Dan Wright, COO of Phenix Solutions.I will most definately keep your home on the top of my list for future stays. Stayed Nov 27, 2024House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024This home was a good fit for our stay in Willamette Valley. Probably more room than we needed for 3 of us, and we didn’t spend a lot of time at the home except to sleep but it seemed to have everything we needed. Like any older home it has its quirks and creaks, but overall it was a good stop. Walkability to downtown was the best and walks and runs thru the university were beautiful. Two blocks from the farmer’s market and central to a lot of wineries made it nice as well.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024This was a good base for our girls wine tasting trip. Easily walkable to coffee/restaurants/shops. Beds were comfy, nice front room for morning coffee and chats. Didn't use the kitchen for anything other than coffee but it had everything you'd need! 3 bedrooms - 1 king and 2 queens.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024The location is great for walking to Third Street but it is a block off a very noisy, busy road. It was clean but had a musty, old house smell. The manager was very gracious to try to mitigate it but it didn’t really work since the windows can’t be opened. The photos of the landscaping are outdated and the yard needs a lot of work. The manager was very responsive.
