We respect your privacy, but we're always here if you need us. You'll enjoy self check-in, and we're available via phone/text or messages through the booking platform if anything comes up during your stay - plus local recommendations.

Nestled on a quiet street in McMinnville's historic downtown district, the Wine Country Farmhouse is just 2-blocks to McMinnville's famous Third Street. Walk to dozens of wine tasting rooms, to discover award-winning Oregon wines, chef-driven restaurants, artisan boutiques, galleries, and seasonal festivals - all in the heart of Oregon Wine Country.

Guests have private access to the entire home and the backyard, except there is a locked room upstairs, a locked closet downstairs, and the garage is locked. We use these areas for storage, and they are not available to guests. Self-check-in is easy via a secure keypad. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Layout & Main Floor: This updated, lovingly cared-for two-story Wine Country Farmhouse is warm and welcoming, designed for comfort and relaxation. High ceilings, period-inspired lighting, cozy furnishings, and an eclectic mix of treasured antiques and polished modern pieces create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The main level features an open flow between the living room and dining room, with a farmhouse-style kitchen that opens to the dining space and includes a bistro-height island—perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and enjoying locally roasted coffee in the mornings.

Main Floor Bedroom + Convenience: Also on the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and its own private patio deck with seating, tucked inside the fully fenced backyard—an ideal little retreat for morning sun or quiet evenings. For added convenience, the main floor includes a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, making longer stays easier and more comfortable.

Upstairs Privacy + Backyard Living: Upstairs offers a wonderfully private layout with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the home. One side features a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with a sliding barn-style door, while the other side offers a bright queen bedroom accented with a beautiful tree mural. Between the two bedrooms is a large landing with a dedicated workspace and cozy reading nook. Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fully fenced backyard, featuring a patio with partial cover, a BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating with umbrella shade, and relax into the evening with twinkle lights and a heat lamp overhead—a perfect place to gather while watching your pups run and play.

Uber and Lyft are available in McMinnville and all the surrounding small towns. Once you arrive, if you plan to visit downtown McMinnville, you can walk anywhere and won't need a car. But if you want to explore the countryside, you'll want a car, hired driver, or wine tour (we'll send our favorite local options after booking).

Traveling with a larger group Ask about the Cowls Bungalow & Carriage House, and the 1939 Vintage House - all in downtown McMinnville.

Morning Coffee: Enjoy locally roasted whole bean coffee from Table Top Roasters in Yamhill. In the kitchen, there will be a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, creamer, and sugar.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Open the cabinets and drawers, and you'll find everything you need to whip up a quick meal or cook and bake your favorite holiday meals. The kitchen is also supplied with a spice rack, olive oil, vinegar, BBQ utensils, a meat thermometer, hot-pads, kitchen towels, and extra paper towels.

Dog Friendly: We welcome your dog, and there is plenty of room for them to roam in the fully fenced backyard. (See our dog policy, but if your situation is a little different, don't hesitate to ask management to see if we can accommodate).

Free Parking: As you pull up to the house, there is a paved parking space in front of the garage. You can also park on the street for free.

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and remote work.

SmartTV: Connect to your favorite app channels, and there are 100's of live TV shows, news, movies, and music.

Upstairs Landing Workspace: The upstairs landing has a table and two chairs. There is also a larger comfy chair with a reading lamp.

This was the most charming (but also renovated) home — just one street off from Main Street, in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to all the restaurants, with a beautiful backyard patio with a grill and comfy seating (perfect place for a group to hang out). Comfortable king bed in a bright master suite. Only down side would be if you have mobility issues: the master bedroom is up a steep, narrow staircase and I banged my knees a few times, but to be expected in an older home.

The house was perfect for our quick trip to the area but I would definitely stay here again and it would have everything I needed for a longer trip. I was able to walk everywhere to get to restaurants, tasting rooms, and even a convenience store. I received great information from the host as well.

The living areas were well set up and comfortable. We did not use the air conditioning, though it was available. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with any thing we could ever need. Our host was responsive and answered every question we had in a timely manner. We will be back if we come this way again.

Farmhouse has the old character. Location is a block from the main downtown district. The street can be a little noisy. There are room air conditioners but not central air. But, The house was plenty cool for us even on hot day.Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice and clean. House is well equipped from cooking items to a private beautiful backyard with umbrella/chairs and patio heater. Nice grill too! Grill a couple steaks and have some Oregon wine!

It was a girls weekend for us. We chose this location for its easy access to downtown and we truly were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit with no problem. We ate at a great little restaurant downtown with made from scratch food, two in fact. And, we found everyone to be really friendly. We took a private wine tour on our second day there which was really great. The house fulfilled all of our needs. There were four of us and two of us did share a bed. We love the plum tree outside and did partake of a few pieces of fruit. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio one evening as well. Everyone was very responsive throughout the process. The instructions were very clear and easy. We had no problems at the property. We were given all kinds of recommendations as well. We had one little glitch and we let the property manager know right away. It was immediately addressed overall we had a great stay here.

The property condition and location were awesome! This was a quaint farmhouse one block off the downtown district of McMinnville. We made breakfast each day in the kitchen, ate in the dining room and left to explore wineries. The back porch was a favorite for evening activities like playing cards and having a beverage or two!

We stayed at the farmhouse while we toured wine country and it was simply perfect! The location was great - walkable to shops and restaurants and an easy drive to wineries. The house itself was very close and spacious for our party of 4 including a beautiful enclosed backyard where we often sat. Would definitely recommend if visiting McMinnville

We really enjoyed our stay here. Charming home within walking distance to town…it was great to be able to walk to tasting rooms, restaurants and shops in the cute town of McMinnville. The staff was very helpful when we needed a light bulb replaced and the management company was very responsive from the time we booked the property until the end of our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Wine Country Farmhouse for my friend's 50th birthday. The location and house couldn't be better. Just a couple of easy blocks from all of the shops and restaurants in McMinnville. So close to so many fabulous wineries. Oh and there were delicious plums on the tree.

The cottage was just lovely, Original cabinets in kitchen along with upgrades elsewhere were in keeping with it's country charm. Furnishings were beautiful and beds all excellent. Every detail was seen to. We were in town to celebrate our bride amongst some riding friends with an Equestrian Wine Tour. Fabulous! (google it) Coming home to this very comfortable cottage after a long day on horseback was perfect.

We were two couples visiting the Willamette Valley for wine tasting and exploring. The Farmhouse is located within three blocks of downtown McMinnville. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants there. During the day we used the house as a base for wine tasting excursions, whale watching and a visit to the aviation museum. The house is comfortable and met all our needs. Anita was a wonderful host and very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend the Farmhouse for your visit to McMinnville.

The property was perfect for our bachelorette party. The house is in such a great location and is a short walk to downtown. Beds were comfy and we slept great. We had everything we could need and enjoyed the backyard area, which even had heat lamps (thankfully as I was visiting from Phoenix and chilly in the evenings). Communication was great and the whole process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!
