Nice place nice beach

We came to Bethany Beach with our extended family to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday and to introduce our one year old son to the beach for the first time. We loved this house! It was the perfect amount of space for 7 adults. Nice large and open kitchen, multiple sitting areas, big dining table. It was super convenient for us that the house comes with a pack n play crib and a high chair seat to attach to a chair. There are also lots of children’s books which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the big yard and deck as well. The house was very clean. It’s a doable short drive to the beach from this house. I recommend parking on the street down a little bit from the boardwalk for longer parking and less congestion. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we would definitively come back!

This house is a great place for multigenerational family gathering and even more comfortable in person than in the photos. Well stocked kitchen and large dining table plus room for everyone to gather for games in the living room.

Spacious beach home. Well cared for. Short drive to beach, but get there early for parking. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Enjoyed having space for kids to run. Thank you for the privilege.

Three families stayed at this property for four nights and we had a lovely time! The loft area was great for the kids and the foldable crib was a huge help for our 2 year old. The yard is large and fenced in, so the 2 year old had a lot of freedom to explore. There is a wading pool and two grills (one propane and one charcoal) to enjoy and you're just a 2 minute drive from a grocery store. The owner is very kind but takes a while to respond to messages, sometimes requiring multiple messages before I received a response. The washing machine broke during our stay and I never received a reply as to whether or not she got the message. The only other disadvantages are the location: it is a drive to the beach, you cannot walk there. It is also far enough inland that mosquitoes are a big issue when you're outside. The last issue is there are only three bowls in the house. So if you have several kids who all want cereal, you have to get creative with the dishes. Other than those hiccups, everything was great! If I visit Bethany Beach again, I'd look into renting at this property!

This property is a hard to find as it provides a room of 5 single beds for the kids and all of our 5 girls had tons of fun sleeping and chatting in the same room while daddies and mommies can have their own room to themselves. House was clean and fully stocked and equipped with everything we needed. A huge backyard for the kids to run around, an outdoor shower for us to clean before heading back to the house. Location is perfect as well. Close to supermarket, beaches and the boardwalk! I highly recommend this property for the families who have younger kids, you'll feel like your own home!

The property was a pleasant surprise and more than we expected. Plenty of room inside and out for adults and kids. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, spacious and close to all three beaches!

Property was great; lots of room to spread out and just a few minutes’ drive from the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!!
