1875 Renovated Schoolhouse in the Finger Lakes with an Igloo!

While we do not live on or near the property, we will be available via phone and text during your stay. We also have a property manager that lives locally who can assist at any time.

We lived here and vacation here too! We give you all of the local tips and our past guests have loved it!

Guest will have sole access to the property during their stay and will access the home through a keypad. Access includes the main house, the deck, and the outside grounds that surround the home (1 acre), and the outdoor igloo. The remaining 1.5 acres are home to our 4 micro-cabins (also available to rent on Airbnb) and are reserved for those guests.

There is a garage on the property that is off limits to guests.

There are multiple steps up a deck to get to the home with different levels of decking. The home is not wheelchair accessible.

You will need a car to get around. There are private drivers who will drive your car (Main Street Drivers) and limo and party bus companies for private winery tours. Uber/Lyft are not reliable at this time and we do not recommend relying on them. See our House Manual for more details.

-The stove you see in the living/dining room is a propane stove that heats the home. It is controlled with a remote and doesn't require wood.

-There is also an electric fireplace in each of the bedrooms for added warmth (you will want to use these on the chilly months or as needed) and window AC units for the summer months.

-Our home is a non-smoking inside the home, no parties rental. No smoking includes, but is not limited to: cannabis, vaping, cigarettes and cigars. By booking our home, you agree to these terms and conditions and those outlined in our house manual. Any violation of these may result in a minimum of $250 house violation fee.

-Traveling with your dog No problem! We welcome you and your furry companion to the Finger Lakes! We think dogs make great traveling companions, so we’re ready to welcome your pooch to stay with you during your stay. We do not have any breed restrictions or a weight limit; we are big dog lovers ourselves, but we do have a 2-dog maximum and only allow dogs. With every pup stay, we donate 10% of your pet fee to our local humane society. In the home, we are happy to provide: 2 Dog Bowls (one for water, one for food), Doggie Treats, Disposable Poop Bags, Pooper Scooper (outside), wipes for muddy paws, a pup lint roller and a Doggie Blanket.
