Modern Apartment Overlooking Waterfalls

The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished and it is very clean. Nothing is really missing. We felt very comfortable and we would come back anytime.

We loved the communication from Brittany to ensure we were able to easily find the location at a late night check in. She was so thoughtful to also text and send pictures to make it easy to find. She also included a gift card for coffee at the coffee shop downstairs that was very much appreciated. The coffee was INCREDIBLE! The home was clean and was equipped for us during our stay . The beds were comfortable and we loved having the beautiful falls right there to enjoy with our coffee daily!

We loved the communication, cleanliness and location. From the quick text to confirm that we were all set prior to arriving to the pictures to assist in finding the location were so appreciated. The cute personalized note inside the house was extra thoughtful along with the gift card for the adorable coffee house downstairs. The house was nicely equipped, clean and the beds were super comfortable. Be sure to make time to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine at the falls right outside your door. Thankful we were able to find this adorable place for a last minute trip and the host was so accommodating in so many ways! We cant wait to return!!!!

The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. The property was adorable and easily located to the wine trail for the even we were attending. Everything was very clean and the hospitality by the owner was wonderful. We absolutely look forward to staying here again!

The Overlook was the perfect home base for our amazing stay in the Finger Lakes. Great location that is close to everything, quiet, super clean and comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone I know!

Super clean, cozy, with everything you need. The proximity to Burdett Exchange and the cafe were an extra bonus!

This is a very clean and modern place. Everything was in working order and pleasant.The waterfall was oversold. It cannot be seen from the apartment because of overgrown trees. You have to go to a picnic table and lean over to see it. It is nice, but not visible.

The unit was very clear, location was ideal a few minutes from downtown Watkins Glen but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It had everything we needed for our race weekend. My family loved the coffee shop out front, and being able to walk to the Hungry Bird for lunch was very convenient.

Great location, very clean, plenty of amenities ... and the new coffee shop downstairs is a great add! Hope they stay! Owners friendly and easy to communicate with.

We really loved this Burdett experience —clean, clutter-free, comfortable, spacious, & had all the necessities. Plus a convenient location. Only sad part was not being able to see the falls from the deck.

Beautiful apartment - clean and has everything you need to unwind after a long day of hiking! We are a family of 5, with 3 kids 5 and under and the Overlook was a perfect place to call home while in the area. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time at the Overlock. The space was spotless and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was great including conversation with our host. She was responsive and fun! Downstairs is a little coffee place and it was also delightful. 10/10 will return.
