This truly beachfront home would not be out of place on Italy's Amalfi coast with its beautiful Mediterranean architecture and luxe styling. Built in 2019 this custom home sits right on the sands of Pismo State Beach very near the Oceano Dunes Vehicle Recreation Area, making it the perfect retreat for beachcombers and beachriders alike.

You enter the home through a decorative wrought-iron inlaid door and are greeted by a soaring entry foyer, featuring one of the more unique features aprivate elevator that brings you to the second floor of the property. Just off to the right from the entry is the downstairs bathroom (tub only, no shower), laundry room with full-size Speed Queen washer and dryer, the downstairs bedroom, and the door to the garage. This downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, electric window shade, dresser, fully built-out closet, and en-suite bathroom with single vanity and combination tub/shower. Off to the left from entry we have the great room, which includes the gourmet kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, and sitting area all with views directly out to the beach and Pacific Ocean. You can head outside from the sitting area where you'll find the beachfront patio with outdoor dining table, and gas BBQ (propane provided).

Going up to the second level, using the stairs or the elevator, will bring you to the loft/landing area that overlooks the entry foyer, picture windows with views of the beach and ocean will draw you into the main living room which features a fireplace, large Smart TV, wet bar, 4-seat table, sectional sofa that pulls out to a queen (linens provided), and a door that leads to small patio that overlooks the beach and ocean as well. Leaving the main living room and going back past the elevator you'll come across the second bedroom also furnished with a Queen bed, dresser, built out closet, and featuring an en-suite bath with a combo tub/shower. (No TV) The primary bedroom suite rounds out the second floor of the home and is furnished with a King bed, fireplace, small balcony, full length mirror, and the expansive en-suite bath features dual vanity sinks, separate makeup vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and walk-in spa-therapy shower.

The big rooftop deck, accessible via a staircase from the loft, has great views up and down the beach, plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the sun and ocean breeze, and a long counter with sink great for serving up snacks and drinks all afternoon.

Convenient parking with 2 cars in the attached garage and 2 cars in the driveway (vehicles cannot stick out into the roadway). This property is not equipped with air conditioning. There is a camera present at the front door of the property, no view to the property interior.
