I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a pleasant experience with property. In decent condition for last minute booking and very conveniently located for sand dunes excursion. Rooms were decently sized and accommodated as expected for our number of parties for booking. Appropriately stocked. Cant expect more than this for the last minute booking.

Just some notes. Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Spiders inside and out back. Carpets are stained. Not a lot of extras such as dish soap and such. But knowing this I probably would stay again because all in all it was a good size house.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The location was great. Close to everything and lots to do around. We all had a comfortable stay and the amenities were all there. Could use some TLC, but I would stay there again. Good for the price.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was on “ok” house. It was close to a mini mart store to small quick items. The Mexican restaurant Nextdoor was nice to be close to. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad. The house felt a little dirty as soon as you walked in. The carpets are very worn and dirty, don’t walk barefoot. There was dust everywhere and cobb webs in the skylights. The master bedroom bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on with a huge dip in the middle. So this place is good for a couple days but if you want to stay a week I would recommend choosing another place.
