The living area of 11B Mariners Walk features comfortable furnishings with gorgeous floors and a newly installed shiplap, presenting the look and feel of a classic beach home. The kitchen is well equipped with coastal blue island cabinetry and pendant lights over the bar area. The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs. It features a king bed, and offers views of both the communal swimming pool complex and the ocean! Additional bedding is offered in the living area with a sleeper sofa.

11B Mariners Walk is a short walk from the Links Golf Course, which features a restaurant in the Pro-shop. The Sand and Sea Day Spa and several additional restaurants are also a short walk away. Bike paths are a fun way to explore the Wild Dunes and the Isle of Palms. Coastal Retreat makes bike rentals easy to coordinate with your $250 beach gear credit.

Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Mariners Walk pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    Clean with amazing views and beautiful walks on the beach. The gated community you’re in is wonderful. Nice and easy to rent bikes or enjoy local activities nearby or just stay in and enjoy the breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean waves from your cozy little piece of paradise.

    Check in and out was smooth and easy! We loved the close location to the ocean and owner was responsive to our minor needs during our stay. Enjoyed all Wild Dunes had to offer as well!

    Pros: The condo is in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach and pool. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable.Cons: Railing falling offScreen on porch broken and flappingScreen on storm door tornKitchen appliances are no where near plugs, so in order to use either coffee maker or toaster you have to rearrange kitchen Bedroom is BRIGHT at night due to lack of curtains and bright pool lights. No happy medium with AC- super hot upstairs when sleeping but cold downstairs Internet was out for almost 24 hours and there isn’t a cell signal with Verizon so we couldn’t get in touch well with office. While they did send someone quickly to fix, there was no empathy or apology for the inconvenience it caused. I was more upset about the communication. I sent a message and they didn’t reply for 12 hours, but when they did reply they said to call the office. I explained I couldn’t get my call to go through because the office automated system kept looping to tell me to “press 1” over and over so they offered to text. When they texted k requested a call and they said they can’t call, only text. It was frustrating and really impacted our ability to plan our trip and keep an eye on the baby (WiFi baby monitor), so we couldn’t even sit on the porch when he was sleeping. There was no apology, empathy for the impact it had on our tripIt was so hot upstairs we were going to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed. The mattress couldn’t have been worse so we had to sleep upstairs.

    We always enjoy staying on the Isle of Palm with an Ocean view. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Note that the one bathroom is upstairs. There is not much storage space for two adults in the bathroom, but plenty everywhere else like the dresser drawers and walk in closet. The screened in porch with sofa and chairs leads right onto the walkway to the beach. Owner even supplies beach chairs and umbrella. Management company responds to any issues very quickly.

    Location was great. Perfect beach access and ocean view. Great furnishings. Great starting supplies like paper towels, soap, and even spices. Kitchen supplies slightly limited such as glasses, but appliances are good. One location, near dining table, has floor material coming loose. We had bedroom windows open at night with AC turned off. The wind blew a faulty window screen out of the window during an evening of very high winds. Great internet speed for performing online meetings. The ROCU tv kept dropping the connection to the internet. As an electrical /computer engineer I reset the tv each time. This happenened about 4 or 5 times during the day. Finally I reset the modem and router near the end of our stay. That seemed to have fixed the issue. Mobile phone signsal is weak. Could not make calls from condo unless calling via internet. All things considered, we would stay here again in future. Oh, we had an F150. It was nearly impossibe to park in the designated space in front of the unit but alternate spaces were available.

    The condo is well outfitted with starter supplies and nicely decorated. however the recliner chair was broken before our arrival and though reported upon our arrival our report of this and other issues weren’t followed up. Sleeper couch needs cleaning along with carpet and mattress replacement on sofa, outdoor cushions need cleaning. The kitchen, condo and linens are well stocked, but would recommend a larger cutting board than the cheese size. Also was not convenient to have to return pool pass especially when we didn’t use it, but even after we did as instructed and put it in the drop box and before 8am on check out day, they called us around 11:30 to have us return it, she was nice but said they’d look for it in box. It would be better to have way to return it in the unit or deny it if know you aren’t going to use it. We had contact with the owners prior to our arrival and they were pleasant and accommodating. Our family enjoyed our stay in this nice Mariners Walk unit, thank you.

    This was an amazing condo with perfect location just between the beach and the pool! The condo was super clean and nice, updated appliances, had all of the kitchen utensils needed to make breakfast/lunch/dinner. We all had a great time and I would definitely return to this property again!
