Welcome to Sunset Haven. This beautiful and recently renovated 3BR/3BA townhome is located in the riverfront community of Waters Edge and offers the best of both worlds, from the communal swimming pool and a fishing pier to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! This townhome accommodates 7 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Water views from all three main bedrooms and all bathrooms were recently updated in stunning finishes that set this unit apart from others in the community. The primary floor offers an open-concept kitchen/dining and living room that leads to a large screened-in river-view porch.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with great restaurants, ample nightlife options, plenty of shopping, water activities, and more. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 15 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Parking is provided for 3 standard-size vehicles (parking inside the garage). The garage opening is 7 feet tall and 9 feet wide.

The community pool is open April-October from 10am-10pm (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
Per the HOA guidelines, grills, food trucks, and catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are not permitted.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

The HOA has created a mandatory quarterly Pest Control service schedule. Please note that if you are a current guest during the service, we'll still need to grant them access to the property to avoid a fine from the HOA. If you are not at the property, we will have to give them access to complete the service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to give advance warning to all guests as the HOA alerts us of the service times or any changes.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

    Great location. Easy booking and communication. Accommodations were ok. The family room couch and coffee table were not the best, chairs to the kitchen table were uncomfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Didn’t like that it was mandatory to park in the garage. Too many notifications sent on “noise ordinance” for renting the unit as it pertains to the neighborhood. After the 5th notification felt like a threat. Not sure what you think renters are going to come in and do. Appreciated the beach chairs to utilize.

    We would highly recommend this rental property. This property was in a fantastic location. A pleasant stroll through neighborhoods to shops and restaurants. The pool was well maintained on a daily basis. Walking out onto the docks gave a wondeful view of the river where we spotted dolfins and crabs. The covered area on the dock allwed us to sit and relax in the heat of the day. The house itself was set up beautifully and very clean, with all the comforts of home. There are lots of stairs so be aware if mobility is an issue. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, eat a meal together and watch the sun set. It was a great time with our grown kids.

    This was a lovely home just a few blocks away from downtown Folly Beach and the public beach. The home was really clean and comfortable, and the balcony off the master bath was wonderful for sunbathing and reading. The directions we received for check-in and checkout were really clear and included provided items (soap, linens, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent), things to do, and places to eat. It was nice that it was sent as a link to my phone so I could access it at any time. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock--and even saw a dolphin playing at the water's edge one dock away. The company was easy to reach with questions and they communicated clearly and frequently. You might be able to get it cheaper through MyOceanRental. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great vacation home!

    Great location! My Ocean Rental staff provided a thorough digital guestbook. They were friendly & responded quickly to questions. We walked to restaurants & beach several times. Loved watching sunset on the fishing pier. We did not use the pool but it was very clean with amble chairs. Home itself was perfect size & very well stocked to cook in or do carry out. It was accurate to pictures & descriptions provided. The decks were fabulous to enjoy the perfect weather. Cannot wait to return again!

    It's in a good location and within walking distance of everything. It's great that we could bring the boat up and load it at the dock. However, the condo floors and rugs were dirty. Not good for babies crawling around on the floor.
