Located in the heart of Wild Dunes, the Grand Pavilion, this four-bedroom, four-bath home is an outstanding vacation destination for your family. Following a two-minute walk, your family will be on the oceanfront Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, which features two swimming pools, an ice cream shop, and a grill. In addition to easy access tothe Boardwalk, 103 Grand Pavilion, is located on the South Croquet Lawn in the Grand Pavilion, which is the perfect place for the kids to play. Finally, the ideal location has your family within a two-minute walk to the Village at Wild Dunes, Harbor Golf Course, and several community restaurants.

The interior of 103 Grand Pavilion offers style with comfort. The living, dining and kitchen are located on the first level and open to a deck that overlooks the Croquet Lawn that leads out to the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops. Seating for eight is featured at the dining room table with three additional seats at the kitchen bar,

103 Grand Pavilion has bedding for ten. The first level has two queen beds, with a full bath that has a private entrance. The second level features two bedrooms. The first is spacious with two queen beds and a private bath. The second has a king bed and private bath. On the third and top level, the master bedroom has a king bed, a large bath, and a private deck.

103 Grand Pavilion is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (9 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping, and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (18 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens.

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    Great trip with the kids. Location is awesome. Anytime my kids wanted to swim and board in the ocean it was literally a 3 min walk. I will also add that this area is one of the best places to swim in the ocean. It has great waves and not very deep so minimal current and undertow. Plus the temp is crazy warm so can stay in the water as long as you want, really fun. the next big plus is the pool area you get access too, its about a 1min walk from the house. They also have a full bar and restaurant which gives you a little bit of a resort vibe, which I really enjoyed. The house was clean. The owners and/or managers were EXTREMELY responsive and nice to deal with (example: One of the remotes needed batteries and they dropped some off within an hour.) I thought is was a fantastic value for the location and would gladly stay there again.

    Great house and location within the resort and proximity to the beach and pools! Large enough to accommodate our big family group comfortably. Definitely recommend and we will be back! Love Wild Dunes and IOP!

    We are so happy to have came across this property! Everything was amazing and allowed our entire family to come together from three different states to celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach! The property manager was especially helpful and provided communication days prior, upon arrival and at departure. We definitely will consider staying here again when visiting Charleston.

    Pics were deceiving due to Below standard of quality. Needs many repairs & deep cleaning! Doors not shutting good, rug removed from ends previously destroyed , trip hazard! Sinks didn’t drain. Each room short of towels & never received after calling.

    Our biggest issue with this house was that the roof started to leak on the first day (Sunday) and no one came out to fix the leak until Tuesday. The interior of the home showed damage from previous leaks so this seems to be an ongoing problem with this location. The people who stayed in the upper room were suffering from allergies we think were from mold in the property due to previous leaks. Please check the property for mold and water damage. Also the top rack of the dishwasher does not clean at all, the dishwasher needs maintenance. Otherwise, the best property was good and clean. Location was very nice. We would love to stay in this area again, but we will not revisit this house.
