Stayed Oct 16, 2025The host was responsive, but overall our stay was disappointing for the price. Some of the blinds were broken, there was a dirty towel left behind, and the windowsills had visible dust and bugs. Outside, there were piles of trash and even poop in the yard, which made the place feel unkept.The keypad worked fine the first time entering, but then stopped functioning properly, and it took us over 15 minutes each time to get inside. I notified the host later the next morning and called/texted the emergency number multiple times before someone was finally sent to fix it. It was very inconvenient, especially since we couldn’t come and go freely.The price also ended up being higher than listed, even though it said all fees were included. We did ask for compensation due to the inconvenience of the lock, but were told no since the issue was “resolved the same day.”Good communication overall, but the condition of the property and the hassle with the door made the stay far from what we expected for the cost.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Beautiful home and enjoyable stay overall. The toilet seat in the hallway bathroom was broken and couldn’t be fixed while we were there but a quick inspection before guests arrive could help prevent this next time.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Four seventy plus year olds in town for the Fiesta Bowl, worked out great. Easy parking, plenty of space, great kitchen, 30 min. To the stadium.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The host was very responsive and kind, but the place didn't look exactly like the pictures, and cleanliness was 6/10, especially in the bathrooms, which was really disappointing considering the cleaning fee. One of the beds broke while two people were sleeping on it, they replaced it the next day, but these kinds of things shouldn't happen when you pay almost 1k to stay there.Overall, there was good communication and instructions, nice location, and natural light in the space, but not super happy with our stay.
