Stayed Jul 11, 2025Property was located on a beautiful hilltop with amazing views and the house had all the necessities for our stay. My only issue with the property was there were quite a few spider webs throughout the inside of the home. I would also suggest some clearer directions to arrive at the property, gps didn’t get it right and it was a bit difficult to find but once you learn the right location, it’s was great!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024This was our 3rd time to stay in one of Joy's homes. Second time in this home specifically. Home is exactly as advertised. Check in/out is easy with a lock box, home had everything we needed and the best part is being on property and not in a neighborhood. We were able to enjoy evenings and morning on the patio soaking up the fresh air and amazing views. And we were able to bring our dog. This is likely our last weekend stay in San Marcos, but if we find ourselves out there again, we will definitely look at her properties for availability.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024It's a farm house in the country. If that's what you're looking for, this is it! Very good communication with owner. Everything functioned as expected. A beautiful view. Quiet and dark at night. We had a family get together on Saturday with 34 adults and kids enjoying the back yard and everyone who was there was complimenting the place. Thank you to the owners!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024My husband and I really liked this old farmhouse. The view was amazing. We had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Nice warm showers and cool a/c.
