Guests enter Queens Court by walking up the sidewalk to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a living room with a large, comfortable couch & big screen TV and a dining room and renovated kitchen. The hallway off of the living room leads to the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

    Clean rooms, clean house, close to where we wanted to go fishing and crabbing. Walmart is not far maybe 10 minutes as well as the beach.

    We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was fantastic, convenient to every part of Mt pleasant, beds comfortable, and a great space for our family with grandchildren and dogs! The fenced yard was perfect for the kids and dogs to play, a nice TV in each room, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and beautiful neighborhood. The home had everything we could have needed. The summer temp was brutal but the home's cool AC made for a very comfortable stay!! Check out was super easy, too. The delicious wine and cookies waiting for us were awesome! We would stay here again!!

    I had seen some reviews from a while back that stated there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and assumed it was taken care of or maybe a fluke during that stay, but unfortunately we came across 2 cockroaches during our stay. The house itself was kept nice, but thinking about a cockroach crawling around your room when you’re trying to sleep doesn’t make for the most peaceful stay. Besides this, it’s in a GREAT location, easy to get to the beach and downtown. If you can get over the bugs, it’s a great place.

    The house met our expectations from the listing. Check in was convenient and Steven was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We were even given the option to check in early as the house was ready a little earlier than anticipated. The location was perfect as were were able to explore downtown Charleston along with some other nearby attractions. We were also able to walk from the house to explore Patriots Point and Shem's Creek Boardwalk for some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

    My family and I stayed here for a few days with our pets for a local event. The house was clean. The people taking care of the place even left a bottle of wine and some snacks when we arrived. It's in a great location with quick travel to downtown Charleston and Mt pleasant. The construction right I front of it did make it a bit challenging to drive around the equipment. For us the only real downside was the extremely hard mattresses in the bedrooms. It made it challenging to sleep well. Overall a decent place to stay that's pet friendly.

    Overall great location. Construction in lot in front makes it unsightly and street is a mess. Property lacks upgrades and needs painted inside. We didn’t spend much time there so we didn’t get to enjoy deck or back yard. Overall, not bad for the price.

    The owners went above and beyond with checking in and making sure everything was amazing and for the 6 nights I was there I would only recommend this house. The yard was amazing for my fur baby and the house is exactly everything you need. The surrounding area is so hard to come by and I’m so grateful I will be staying here again!

    Everything was great, the house was clean. The host Steven was easily accessible and responded via text very quickly. We had no issues. The location of the house is not far from Charleston, and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby, everything within a 5-15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this property it was also pet friendly with a very big fenced in backyard.
