Stayed Apr 19, 2025We had issues access the property the front door was stuck and would not open because the house is settling and puts pressure on the door. We could not get into the door when we got to the house. The PM helped right away and was very nice. The door became a issue when we had 3 different visits from the PM to the handy man showing up while we were just waking up at 8am. While there I noticed the hosue was not very clean the ceiling fans were cover with a thick layer of dust and dirty dishes in the cabnet. This house had issues with the finishes not being as they looked in the pictures the floors have been messed up by water so the are swollen in several rooms the house is slanted in some rooms. And the front bathroom shower did not drain water so you stand in your dirty water. While you were cramped in the small corner shower. I was not very happy with my stay.
