1 Mi to Downtown: Highlands Cottage w/ Sunroom

Cozy, comfortable, well-stocked home in a convenient location. Concierge, Janet, answered our text questions immediately. All our expectations were exceeded. We LOVED our stay.

This was our second visit and we had a nice stay. Great location and proximity to all there is to do in Highlands. Would recommend.

The host was so welcoming with a delicious pound cake and coffee bar (coffee pot and keurig). The home was so clean, beds comfy and location was a quick drive to downtown Highlands and the grocery store was super close too. We will definitely be back!!!

Very clean, homey, and comfortable with many amenities. A great quiet location yet close to town. Our gracious and helpful host went above and beyond with a surprise of cake and fresh flowers for our arrival.

We loved the cottage a had a wonderful time. Janet was fantastic with her communication. I would highly recommend, and hope to return soon! Fresh roses and a wonderful coffee cake were unexpected touches! The cottage had everything you could need and more!

Annual Girl’s Trip was an awesome experience this year! Our trip to Highlands, NC was bundles of fun!The cottage was perfect for our group of 3! It was conveniently located to downtown in a quiet residential neighborhood.We found the house very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the attention to detail and loved the Welcome Cake! Communication with Janet was first rate!We would highly recommend this cottage for your trip to Highlands.

We had the best time in this lovely home in Highlands. The house is so warm and welcoming, and we loved the neighborhood and location. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, and we would love to return!

The home was one of the best locations for our stay, close to the wedding venue, everything about the house and host was perfect. We will certainly return to Highlands, NC and hopefully be able to rent this property again. I highly recommend this location if you liked being treated with a warm welcome, just like family.

This is a cosy spot conveniently located minutes from downtown. Everything we needed was furnished in this precious cottage.

5 of us stayed in this cute rental and loved it. The property manager was so helpful and accommodating. This property is close to town, just a short commute to all the fun things in Highlands. We will definitely rent again!

We had a great stay in this Highlands home! It accommodated two families with young children really well, was in a good location for easy access to downtown, and had several personal touches that went above and beyond.

Hurricane Helene threatened to make this a terrible experience. However, when I arrive in the pouring rain, I arrived to a fresh baked cake, and a welcoming atmosphere. While I lost power for a few hours, Janet was in touch regularly, including making sure the generator was working, and even managing to get a tech to fix it in the middle of the storm. When the entire area lost cell and wifi, she showed up at the house to make sure I was OK. And meanwhile the fireplace, and games, kept me busy and warm. I would absolutely come back, and look forward to the opportunity!

We couldn't have picked a better place to call home for 3 nights. Everything about this property was beyond expectations from the host Janet, to the location to all you'd ever want was available. Comfortable beds, abundfant supplies, etc., etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It is clean, well-maintained, nicely equipped and located in a very pleasant neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the sunroom at the back of the house and the screened in porch. We look forward to staying here again during future visits to Highlands.

Our group of five ladies had a great stay at this cute cottage very close to downtown Highlands. The house was just as listed, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice too. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and we appreciated the yummy cake that was left for us - such a thoughtful gesture! Would definitely stay here again.
