Very nice house did lack the little things ie tolit paper paper towels soaps.

This home is very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The small apartment on the first floor was great for our daughter and husband to have privacy. They just walked upstairs to talk to us, or for us to share a meal. However, it had limited cooking and eating utensils. We had to hand wash them between meals, because there were not enough to run the dishwasher. The curtain rod in the shower fell off, almost hitting me in the head. My husband was able to put it back up. An upholstered chair my husband was sitting on collapsed. I tried to call the owner Thursday and Friday. I didn't get anyone Thursday, I left a message Friday. We left Saturday.Why didn't I call before? Several reasons, I was giving the water time to heat-I thought maybe no one had stayed the week before. I also had been very sick and was trying to enjoy my vacation. The shower rod falling and the chair collapsing didn't happen until later in the week. Towels were also thin, I felt that they should be replaced.An apologetic agent called me the following week, but the only thing she said was that she called the people who were there the week before or after, and they had hot water.I wish she had called us too, during our stay.

No issues other than only having one towel and one wash cloth per person. We had to wash towels and wash cloths everyday.

Over all was a great stay. Our neighbor was amazing and super friendly as well!

Great location. Fit the needs of 3 couples very well. Clean, lots of room. We recommend Prospect Beach over Avalon and Frisco beaches.

Loved the house, very clean!!

We were so blown away by this house! We have never stayed in a Vrbo before and were a little nervous to try one. The hosts made it an extremely stress free experience. We were able to get in easily and were so impressed by how clean it was. Simple clean up instructions and overall just a great house and great location. It’s close to so many things we wanted to do. If you’re thinking about staying here I’d say just book it already. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband, sisters and their husbands spent the weekend at this lovely property. We got together to share memories of our parents who have passed away. The location of the property was perfect for our needs as we rented a pontoon boat for a little memorial service that we held and we enjoyed several good meals just minutes away from the house. The house was well appointed and clean as a whistle. There wasn't one thing to complain about! We highly recommend this location and rental. Thanks so much to our hosts for helping us to spend a lovely and special weekend together as a family.

The house accommodated all of our needs. Close enough to the water and a quiet neighborhood.

We loved being a few houses in from Sound where it is easy to take a walk any time of day! The house is lovely and well-maintained, and the property manager was responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay, it was all ages that stayed and all ages liked it. Location is good, close to a bunch of things to do and places to eat. Liked that they had beach chairs because we forgot ours so that was nice and the outdoor shower was nice to have. I think the only thing that we wish we would have brought was bikes to get around close to the house. We recommend bringing bikes. Other than that it was a great family getaway for all ages.

This place was immaculate! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It’s a great central location for the outer banks.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house has easy access to the main highway and is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off everything. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful house and it’s located in an amazing neighborhood.House is very clean & decorated beautifully.very close to beautiful beaches and other attractions.we get to watch sunset everyday and close to groceries & restaurants.our family had a great time and we will definitely come back here if we plan for Outerbanks in future.

The house was very spacious and incredibly clean. The pictures are very well representative of the property. The kitchen was very nice, in addition to the bathrooms. House was also in a great location. Would definitely stay here again in an instant.
