Within minutes to San Juan Quality Waters and Navajo Lake

As far as the amount of space and the amount of people that can be housed there for the money, it was a great value. This would be a great place for a group of fisherman or hunters. Just looking for a base camp. However, there were some issues with the washer and dryer, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and there's quite a bit of clutter out on the front porch making it difficult to use the picnic table and barbecued area. There were also lots of ants on the front porch. The garbage bin was difficult to latch closed, and a stray dog got in and caused a mess because we couldn't get the door closed.

Great host, Great location

We had a great stay at this Vrbo Home. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet, scenic, and close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing.The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive, which made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The house had everything we needed, and the layout worked great for our stay.We really enjoyed our time fishing the San Juan and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place.

The hall toilet did not flush. The host was very kind and did issue a small refund due to the inconvenience. I did very much appreciate the small refund. Both doors to the house barely locked securely. Although locked, the doors could be moved. Once arrived, I saw a notice on the washing machine that it did not work. Overall, it got myself and family outside of bad weather due to a hunt we had in the area.

The house was comfortable and quiet. It was decorated with a homey and warm feel. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Had a great time at Leslie’s place! Everything was as expected. Leslie is a great host and always responded to questions very promptly! Would recommend this if needing a place to stay very close to the river or Navajo Lake.

It was hot & not clean so just went back home a waste of money & weekend

It was good overall. The yard had some hazards for dogs or kids. Goats thorns, fence issues, old car stuff like that, but nothing outrageous. The property is nice. The host cares and supplies are ample. Location is great. I enjoyed and would recommend. The stove/ oven is new so ignore older reviews that mention issues.

Very disappointed in this property, could not open windows. Air not working, lots of clutter. Property needs major maintenance. Overall poor place to have stayed

This property was selected due to proximity to Navajo Lake. While not on the lake, it was close enough. Home was stocked with bailsic needs and was comfortable.

Quiet and cozy space. Close to rec areas and everything you need for a relaxing retreat.

This was perfect for us as we fished the San Juan for 4 days. If you want your rich uncle's fancy immaculate property, this ain't it. But if you want your cool uncle's place where you can kick your feet up and feel comfortable, this is it. I would 100% stay here again and am looking forward to it. Check in/out was completely painless and host was great to text with. Price was great. Kitchen was great. Lots of little things were great.

This is a very difficult to write. The best thing about this VRBO is that it is close to the Quality Waters on the San Juan. Otherwise finding no fire detectors or carbon monoxide detectors, and only combination storms on the windows were very disconcerting. We noticed the detectors when the first night we had to text the host for gas smell from the ancient stove. The handy man was sent out and it was explained as just being an old stove. He found the detector was defective and he would come back with another, he never did. There was only 1 drawer in the whole house that was empty. Every closet was packed full with no room for our luggage or coolers. Too many knick-knacks were covering every flat surface. 3 chairs at the table, Insufficient cutlery. But some of the utensils, f.ex. mixer had been put away dirty, only one 12 in X 16 in cupboard for our food. Lots of food left in the fridge. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. The main bed was terrible though. On the plus side, the bathrooms were clean.although we weren't sure if the rugs had been washed recently. Not up to the standards of our other VRBO stays. I know this is a work in progress, but there really should be some consideration of the needs of the guest if you are going to rent your home. This is the worst place we have ever rented and would not recommend to anyone.
