Dining area: an expandable table with 4 chairs plus more seating at the breakfast bar.

Primary Bedroom: King bed

2nd bedroom: 2 XL Twins (comfortable for adults or children)

Common area: Inflatable queen mattress can sleep 2 (please request this or it will be stored away)

Primary Bathroom: Walk-in shower single vanity and commode with bidet.

2nd Bathroom: Shower/tub combination and single vanity

Laundry room: front load washer and dryer.

Parking: Space for 2 cars and a boat trailer
