PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 other vacation rentals that can be rented in conjuction with this home for larger groups of up to 15 people. In addition to the tiny home there is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 8 and a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that sleeps 4. Please inquire for details.

The floor-to-ceiling windows draw in an abundance of natural light and brings the beauty of Colorado outdoors indoors. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and the living area is comfortably furnished. Nestled amongst the trees, the private patio is a great space to relax and greet the morning with a warm cup of coffee.

The cozy loft is accessible with a ladder and features a sky light, perfect for stargazing, a double bed and a large TV. An oversized single sleeper sofa in the living area comfortably sleeps an additional person. The modern bathroom has in floor heating and a rainfall shower.

Whole Foods, Starbucks, quaint shops, a variety of stores, a movie theater and several great restaurants are within a 3 minute drive.

This is the ultimate home base for a couple or small family seeking to experience tiny house living in an incredible mountain setting!

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). This is a tiny home with tight spaces so it is impossible to stand up in the loft bedroom.

This home does not have a dishwasher.

During winter months, four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles are a must due to unpaved mountain roads.

Apple TV- enter your iTunes, Netflix, Amazon or Hulu information to stream through your account.

Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

HOUSE RULES
A. Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest.
G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.
U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

    The tiny home was fantastic! Surprisingly roomy and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Wonderful amenities and appliances and a very simple and straightforward check-in process. I especially love the skylight above the bed at night when you can see all of the stars. Magical!

    This VRBO is run by a company who could care less about customers. Seeking a quiet mountain setting (since I live on a loud freeway out of state) I booked this. It sits right on busy highway 82 which takes people from Glenwood Springs to Aspen and is extremely busy and dangerous. I told them I could not handle the noise. They gaslighted me and said it was not located on the highway. I have advanced degrees and know what a highway is and how far a few feet are - so am very angry that they charged me even though I booked just 1 day ahead of my stay. Greedy companies never last.

    We had a great time on our winter fish, and the tiny house was close to the rivers. I might be a little old at 75 for climbing into the loft bed, but I managed and the bed was comfortable.

    Great location. Bed is very comfortable. It was a little difficult to find, because it was dark when we arrived. They had a very nice welcome binder with all information about the house and surrounding area.

    The tiny house was perfect for me and my adult daughter to stay in. Very easy to find and access. The listing and pictures are accurate. The mini-split (a/c) cools off the home quickly. If you are sleeping in the loft and tend to be warm, bring a fan (email said there were fans but we never found them). One of the other units on the property was rented at the same time but not an issue at all (plenty of room to park and never heard or saw them). Path is well-lit to get to the tiny house.
