Stayed Jan 17, 2026Great - Pet Friendly location. Close enough to everything while at the same time far enough away from crazy.Great location to host 4 families which would be like a compound in the 4 tiny houses there.Only negative (once I turned on the noise machine all was fine) was the dozen roosters going to town starting at like 4:30!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025My husband and I had a wedding to attend in nearby Dawsonville and decided to come up a day early and explore downtown Dahlonega. The tiny home was not only an affordable option but also more spacious than your standard hotel room. We were also able to bring our fur baby because it’s pet friendly. We had lots of room to walk her. It was really clean and check in and out was super easy.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Great location to UNG, downtown, restaurants and hiking trails. We already booked our next trip for October! The roosters and bird farm next door are a minor nuisance if you want to sit on the front porch but you can’t hear it inside!

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Magnolia Tree is adorable! It had everything I needed and more. Equipped with snuggly throws on the couch, snacks, and lots of natural light, it was the perfect place for me. I liked the peace. There were thorough instructions for all remotes, multiple lighting options for work vs relaxing, and so many other thoughtful touches. The owners were a dream to work with and so responsive. I cannot recommend Magnolia highly enough.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024I booked on a whim because of the great reviews, but actually the reviews still did not do this lovely tiny house justice, the details and the location and the house itself made this one of the most magical getaway I ever had the style and comfort was thoughtfully detailed and the response from owners was prompt and pleasant, this will now be a place I will be returning to, magnolia was a lovely spot to catch up with friends and relax and enjoy the beauty of North Georgia Thank you for this lovely experience. I can't wait to return.
