The space in Magnolia Tree Tiny Home is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. There is a king size Sealy Posturepedic bed with luxury linens in the 10' x 10' loft upstairs. There are also two nightstands and several outlets/USB charging ports in the loft. In the main living space, the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a Sealy sleeper sofa mattress. A cozy chair in the reading nook is the best place to curl up with a book. Our smart Toshiba Amazon Fire TV is on a rolling cart, so you can move the TV wherever you like in the house. Fresh linens including blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are stored in a plastic case in the laundry closet. The open kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel oven/stove, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave/vent hood, double sink, toaster, Keurig and traditional carafe coffee maker. In the cabinets you'll find a set of plates, appetizer size plates and bowls, in addition to a plastic set of dishes, coffee cups, glasses, stemware, cutting mats, mixing bowls, bakeware, knives, cooking utensils and cutlery. We provide coffee pods, mini vanilla creamers, stevia and sugar packets. The bathroom includes a large tile shower with a rain head shower fixture, European shower wand and sliding glass door. The vent fan/light in the bathroom over the shower is a Bluetooth Speaker. Connect to Homwerks and listen to your favorite music or podcast while you’re taking a nice hot shower!

Guests have access to the shared fire pits (there are two on the property for the four tiny homes). Additionally, guests have access to our central Huddle area. We repurposed a 40’ shipping container to house our outdoor living room and attached a 40’ wide deck to hold our Blackstone grill, prep station and outdoor games! All of our guests have access to our on-site level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger that is located on the side of Magnolia Tree Tiny Home.

Secure unique coded access will be provided to guests the day prior to check in. Your hosts live in Metro Atlanta, however our team is always close by. Please reach out if you need anything before or during your stay and we will be happy to assist!

Huddle at Crooked Creek is located in a residential neighborhood only 10 minutes to Dahlonega’s historic town square and the University of North Georgia. We are 2 minutes from a convenient Dollar General store, 5 minutes from Montaluce Winery, Accent Cellars and about 15 minutes from GA-400. Within an hour are the beautiful mountain towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

When you enter the property on the gravel road, you will be on Margaret Drive, which is a shared road with our neighbors. Look for the sign directing you to the Tree Tops and Mountain Trail Tiny Homes and drive down around the property.

Great - Pet Friendly location. Close enough to everything while at the same time far enough away from crazy.Great location to host 4 families which would be like a compound in the 4 tiny houses there.Only negative (once I turned on the noise machine all was fine) was the dozen roosters going to town starting at like 4:30!

My husband and I had a wedding to attend in nearby Dawsonville and decided to come up a day early and explore downtown Dahlonega. The tiny home was not only an affordable option but also more spacious than your standard hotel room. We were also able to bring our fur baby because it’s pet friendly. We had lots of room to walk her. It was really clean and check in and out was super easy.

Great location to UNG, downtown, restaurants and hiking trails. We already booked our next trip for October! The roosters and bird farm next door are a minor nuisance if you want to sit on the front porch but you can’t hear it inside!

Magnolia Tree is adorable! It had everything I needed and more. Equipped with snuggly throws on the couch, snacks, and lots of natural light, it was the perfect place for me. I liked the peace. There were thorough instructions for all remotes, multiple lighting options for work vs relaxing, and so many other thoughtful touches. The owners were a dream to work with and so responsive. I cannot recommend Magnolia highly enough.

I booked on a whim because of the great reviews, but actually the reviews still did not do this lovely tiny house justice, the details and the location and the house itself made this one of the most magical getaway I ever had the style and comfort was thoughtfully detailed and the response from owners was prompt and pleasant, this will now be a place I will be returning to, magnolia was a lovely spot to catch up with friends and relax and enjoy the beauty of North Georgia Thank you for this lovely experience. I can't wait to return.
