Location, Location, Location! Welcome to The Inn at Park Spring! Formerly the Park Spring Bed & Breakfast, we dropped the breakfast to serve Vrbo guests near and far as a boutique hotel.

ROOM 4: By far our most spacious room, it is located on the third floor and has plenty of windows to bring in an abundance of afternoon sunshine. A queen bed, oversized headboard, sofa, and plants make up this bright retreat. The room also comes with one, off street parking spot just one block away.

The space:

This historic home was built in the early 1800s and has served many purposes. What started as a single family home turned into an antique store, then converted to a rooming house, morphed into a bed and breakfast in the 1980's, and dropped the breakfast to serve VRBO guests near and far.

The location of the Inn at Park Spring cannot be beat. We are located downtown, just a half mile walk to the center of the Old Port. Our neighborhood offers you a central spot located in the heart of the arts district, on the edge of the tranquil west end neighborhood, and just a stones throw to museums, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars.

With just six guest rooms, our inn offers a peaceful stay, satisfying social guests or those seeking solace. Each private room, with private ensuite bath, is furnished with a queen sized bed, white noise machine, a reading chair (or couch depending on the room), and a mini fridge.

A Smart TV is provided should guests have their own streaming services. *no cable or streaming service is provided by the host*

Five guest rooms share the sitting room located on the first floor which has a coffee station and luggage nook for guests who need storage before and/or after check out.

My boyfriend and I couldn’t have be any happier with our stay in Portland Maine. It was our first time visiting and the location of our stay was *chefs kiss*! The Inn at Parkspring provided a home away from home feeling, the room was beyond spacious and A interior.

Perfect little room for a night on the town in Portland. Walking distance to nightlife, quiet, free parking, and comfortable room. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Vrbo. The room was, truthfully, an upscale version of a hotel room. Lotsa plants, comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom. We were on the third floor, and left the windows open an night. The only drawbacks: 1) parking, as the host indicated, was tricky to find; 2) being on the third floor, with no elevator, we had to lug our suitcases up two narrow flights of stairs. No big deal - just be prepared. The area was very nice, just a couple of blocks from restaurants, etc. The arena was a short distance away. Although old Portland and the docks, with a lot of shops and restaurants, were between 0.5 - 1.0 mile away, it was an easy walk to that area. Basically, we walked everywhere. We had a great time.

The Inn was charming and the West End neighborhood was just far enough away from the Old Port, only a 15 minute walk.
