Location, Location, Location! Welcome to The Inn at Park Spring! Formerly the Park Spring Bed & Breakfast, we dropped the breakfast to serve Vrbo guests near and far as a boutique hotel.

ROOM 2: Facing Park Street, this room is located on the second floor. A queen bed, small sofa, and plants outfit this space while the brick and old French windows add to its charm. This room also comes with one, off street parking spot just one block away.

The space:
This historic home was built in the early 1800s and has served many purposes. What started as a single family home turned into an antique store, then converted to a rooming house, morphed into a bed and breakfast in the 1980's, and dropped the breakfast to serve VRBO guests near and far.

The location of the Inn at Park Spring cannot be beat. We are located downtown, just a half mile walk to the center of the Old Port. Our neighborhood offers you a central spot located in the heart of the arts district, on the edge of the tranquil west end neighborhood, and just a stones throw to museums, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars.

With just six guest rooms, our inn offers a peaceful stay, satisfying social guests or those seeking solace. Each private room, with private ensuite bath, is furnished with a queen sized bed, white noise machine, a reading chair (or couch depending on the room), and a mini fridge.

A Smart TV is provided should guests have their own streaming services. *no cable or streaming service is provided by the host*

Five guest rooms share the sitting room located on the first floor which has a coffee station and luggage nook for guests who need storage before and/or after check out.

Clean. Close walk to popular spots. It was nice to have a parking spot but we parked the car and walked everywhere.

I found this home to be safe, clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the coffee shop, the yoga studio, and shopping. Parking was an added bonus that shouldn’t be overlooked. I would definitely stay again.

My sister and I stayed there one night and loved the location and neighborhood. I had a late evening craving and enjoyed The Little Tap Room just a block away for food and a cocktail. Our room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that I ran out of hot water when showering that night. Highly recommend!

Enjoys our stay. Would have liked to see a small table and chair in lieu of the sofa. A few amenities that were missing was a box of tissues. Faucet didn’t allow for us to get the w a drink of water.. A few more hangers wouldn’t hurt.

We got to Maine early in the night and it was pouring rain. The property and parking area was so easy to find and get into. We felt so safe and cozy inside our room at the inn. When I come back to Maine, we are 100% staying with Katrina at the Inn at Parkspring again. She was an amazing host who communicated very well.

Tried to message owner several times with no response. Building and room smelled old. Outside was not well manicured like the picture online. Could hear people and tv in other neighboring rooms. Not worth the price. I’d rather stay in a hotel.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Katrina’s house in Portland. The house is in a good location for walking to shops and restaurants and the included parking space in the lot across the street was very helpful. The room was clean and just as pictured. I loved that coffee and tea (Keurig) were available all day in the main room near the entrance. Thank You!

LOVED THIS PLACE. Cannot recommend enough. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The shower and bathroom is all redone! There's a fridge and a roomy closet/dresser. Area is amazing, safe and walkable to arts district and the downtown area. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again 3
