Stayed Oct 7, 2025We love Hotel Folly! It is close to the boat landing when we are using the boat, but it is an easy walk to all of downtown Folly Beach. The rooms are very clean, well appointed and large as room go. The Lost Dog is a short walk for breakfast and one of our favorite places. We have stayed here several times and love it.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025It was just what we needed. Floors were clean and no carpet to hold previous pet odors. Everything we needed was within walking distance and other guests were friendly. I would stay again if I go back to Folly beach. Thanks

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Mother/daughter getaway to the beach last minute. The room was cute with enough space for me and my daughter. Close to restaurants and shopping. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I’d recommend bringing a wagon for your beach gear, extra bathing towels (hotel provides enough for two days). Overall was a decent stay.
