All Seasons Resort

The hotel was clean, and pools were both well kept. What made the hotel a solid 4 stars was the staff. The staff was very kind, and helpful.

Like mostly everything. Except the bathroom vanity sink not being in the bathroom

Mu family and I stayed 4 days at the resort. It was wonderful. Clean, quiet, staff was personable, kind and always willing to help. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean. My grandchildren loved the playground which was well maintained. I definitely recommend the Resort anytime, as a matter of fact we are looking to return next summer.

The most disturbing thing in our room was a very noticeable soft spot in the floor in front of the TV. Possible water damage. It was a very bouncy, spot in the floor. You could feel yourself sink a bit everytime you walked on it. The toilet wasn't clean either.

The property was convenient to my purpose for visiting Yarmouth, MA. The hotel was kid friendly. Th pools were enjoyable and open for a good portion of my stay.

This was a good place to stay. We were only there for one day. The one thing that I thought was awful was the pillows. There were hard and very uncomfortable. My neck was sore the next day.

The facility was large and reasonably well cared for. It was also noisy. You could hear people talking in the hallway as well as coming and going through outside door. The handicapped room was very good and we were grateful to the staff for offering it to us.

Repairs need to be done. Toilet paper holder kept falling off. But room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were awesome and pleasant and professional.

I stayed two nights in late May. Motel rooms were clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I live locally and took my grandkids for use of the indoor pool, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the basic hotel fare, just fine. The grandkids enjoyed making waffles. The facility is worn with a few door panels that are coming loose, including our bathroom door in room 105 and one of the bathroom stall doors in the ladies bathroom by the pool.

Room was clean and large. Check in was awkward. Toilet seat hinge was broken and the tank ran all night. Great location and excellent value…would stay again.

Place was in a fine location. Beds need to be replaced but it was ok for a night.

My daughters and I planned a little getaway and this was the perfect spot!

We travel often, I enjoy my breakfast, this stay was a big disappointment. No breakfast meats. Breakfast was a small pan of home fries and a small pan of scrambled eggs, along with a waffle machine. There also was bread and watermelon. Breakfast should at least ham one of the following, ham, sausage, bacon.

Good clean property with nice indoor and outdoor pools. Very comfortable.

This was a great experience. The owner has check in very organized and easy to understand. Probably the best place for the money I’ve ever stayed.
