The condo was very nice but they have roaches they may want to take care of that

This place has everything you want in a beachfront condo. Its well appointed, comfortable, clean, and the fact that its on the ground floor makes it very accessible. I would visit again if i could.

It was absolutely Beautiful and the owner is absolutely wonderful.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is a quick walk to the pool and beach and very convenient. Our host communicated with me prior to our visit and provided the check in information. The condo was very comfortable and such a relaxing patio that was oceanfront and poolside as advertised.

We all had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful, emaculent, fun! This was our 2nd stay and we will be back!!

Our stay here was amazing, the room we stayed in was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything we needed was already in the kitchen, this is the perfect family spot.

First of all the decor is absolutely gorgeous and captures the true essence of Rocky Point! The appliances top of the line! Kitchen stocked with the best glasses, silverware , thermal mugs! Love that you had the water cooler! The convenience of the unit to pool and beach, so easy!I definitely want to come back to this place and hated to leave! Super great communication!

Everything about the condo is great. Layout, location, condition, furnishings, etc. The best of everything from the pool to the beach. We only stayed a few nights but now wishing we stayed longer. Hope to return soon.

Literally 50 steps away from Sandy Beach right out the sliding back door. Great place to stay. Great host.

Our first time to Rocky Point. This condo was perfect! Ground floor is the way to go and this place is ideally located by the pool and easy access to get down to the beach. All appliances and furnishings were in excellent condition. We had plenty of parking for our Sprinter van and felt very safe in and around the property. Would (will) stay again in a heartbeat!

Had an awesome stay. Check in was super easy staff is all super friendly. The property was as described . Beds were very comfortable. Being on ground level is a plusAll in all was a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked but no tea towels not sure if this was an oversight or they just dont provide.Also there was no cleaning products
