Really enjoyed the short stay. I like the spaciousness and suite style. Would stay again.

Location was excellent. Very close to BART and central locations in SF. Morning coffee/hot chocolate bar on the rooftop was great. Room was large for a downtown location. There was an “offer” to hear a pitch about buying into the property at check in but the pitch was not a requirement to stay.

Room was perfect for our family of four. Guest services were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, room clean, great location. Lots of small extras that added to our stay (apple bowl in lobby, free hot chocolate, tea/coffee, popcorn). Highly recommend!

The hotel room is nice, but there was a massive amount of construction noise throughout the night, waking us up at all hours of the night. I would probably stay somewhere else until the renovations are completed.

Room was big, clean, and the bed and fold out couch were great. Lighting was poor through the room and bathroom and there was no standard extras - e.g. creamer or water, available in the room. We were advised prior to the visit that there would be renovations in the building, but these would only occur between 10am and 6pm. Friday morning hammering and drilling started around 8.20am. I complained, no change. Before 9am I complained again, no change. Around 9am the Wyndham sales service phoned me to ask if I would like to attend their “free no obligation” breakfast. I told her no, and we specifically wouldn’t even consider it while in the middle of an issue that hadn’t been resolved. She cheerfully told me she understood, but then kept pushing her sales pitch on me. I had to cut her off to get her to stop pushing. She followed up on the noise for me, and the drilling stopped... but the workers filled their time by playing loud music that we could hear in our room. On Saturday morning the drilling started again at around 9.20 am. The fitness centre is TINY. the photo online makes it look bigger because it’s taken into a mirror, but there’s only one of everything. All in all it’s just a place to sleep as we were out most of the day, and the room was fine, but given the hard sell that the Wyndham crew do the flaws were heightened. Disappointing.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Nice room

Great location right in the downtown SF, very easy to get to anywhere. The club house is a bid plus, we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and have a cup of tea or coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this location in downtown SF for two nights with a family of four. The bed is in the living room and the L shaped couch was used to fold out into a bed and make another bed. The bathroom has a TV in the mirror which was great. The location is fantastic. Easy walks to Chinatown, great restaurants, and the cable cars. Also, Honey, Honey Crepery and cafe is right down the block. Don't miss it, the food is great. The only disappointment is that the club level where the workout facility is located opens at 7:00 AM. If you are in town on business this is NOT early enough. I'm not sure why they will not open at 6:00 AM, but they must not want to pay staff (the welcome desk is staffed on this floor) and they have electronically programmed the elevators to NOT run to this level of the building until at least 7:00 AM.

Just a block from Union Square and a few blocks from the Powell Bart station, this was a great place to stay. Friday night there was a complimentary wine and cheese HH on the top floor. I sat outside on the patio, did some work and enjoyed the view. While the bed was a little hard and the shower didn't quite work right (only half the water came up from the tub to the shower head), the real coffee pot and dishes were such a treat. In the morning, I opened the nearly floor to ceiling windows and worked at the cute little in-room office setup. All and all, I'd definitely stay here again.
