Stayed Oct 23, 2024Clean and welcoming cabin! Cabin has all essentials with utensils and everything you need for a great stay! Property owners are very reaponsive and helpful. The game room was awesome and all the rooms have televisions. The yard is awesome for outdoor games. We spent a lot of time feeding the deer and sitting around the fire pit. Cabin is spacious where you can either sit together or separate. Talked to the neighbors and they were friendly. All in all wouldnt ask for anything more. Thanks!!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We loved our stay at Rustic Retreat and we didn’t want to leave. We had deer join us for breakfast and dinner each day. Our kids just sort of lived among them during our stay. It was amazing! The cabin was beautiful, clean and roomy. Perfect for two families with kids. The property manager was so helpful and friendly before, during and after our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Stayed Jan 20, 2024My stepson and friend and I have met at this cabin for the last couple of winters for an ice fishing trip. This place is great! Clean and spacious and in a great location. It’s our favorite weekend every year!

Stayed Oct 5, 2023My group of 6 adults stayed at this property for our annual trip to Eagle River for Cranberry Fest. This was our first time staying at this house and it couldn't have been any more perfect for us. We were greeted by many beautiful deer (who visited us many times throughout our stay, and even supervised me as I was grilling dinner on Saturday night!). Upon entering the house we noticed how incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated it was. The beds were very comfortable and we all had great nights' sleep. Having a TV in each room was a plus, especially for those of us who stay up later than others. The upstairs seating area was the perfect place to relax or to read a book. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our weekend, and what we didn't have we were able to buy at the grocery store in town. Having the second refrigerator was a bonus, as was the speakers/sound system in the kitchen - we enjoyed the music while we played games, prepared food or just spent time together. The fireplace was beautiful and added just enough heat to take the fall chill out of the air. We had a great time downstairs, playing pool and foosball. We used the gas grill and it worked great (and was clean!). Although Mother Nature didn't allow us to enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch or the firepit, we would have if the weather cooperated - both areas were large and had plenty of seating. Exactly as pictured (but more beautiful in person) - we will definitely be back!

Stayed Jan 19, 2023My friend, my stepson and myself have an annual ice fishing trip tradition and it’s one of the highlights of our winters. This property was perfect! It was clean, spacious, has a great game room and a everything you need for a great vacation. We loved staying here and hope to be back next year!
