We love staying at this property and this is our second visit. The house is on a very nice property with excellent lake views and access. I was traveling with two individuals with mobility issues and the gentle slope to the lake with no stairs was very important. We also really needed a house with a first floor bedroom and accessible bathroom. My dad was able to navigate the one small step into the house without an issue. The house is comfortable and cozy with plenty of space for a group. Love it there!

Brought a jet ski, ski boat and pontoon and there was ample space for all at the pier. Skiing was excellent in South Bay. Our little grandchildren enjoyed the water and the large blacktop driveway, riding bikes and using chalk. The driveway turn around was a bonus! The house had ample space for hanging out and sleeping. I have no complaints on this property. A suggestion could be to supply a crock pot and electric fry pan for cooking for larger groups. Also a safety gate for the back basement stairs would be nice for those with little ones. We have stayed at many properties on little st germain and this became a favorite for all.

We've been coming to the St. Germain area since 1986. Our family outgrew the cottages we rented from resorts. This house is spacious and we enjoyed being able to spread out. No one had to sleep on a sleeper sofa in a living room! The location is handy to both St. Germain and Eagle River.
