Stayed Oct 20, 2021My family and I had a great stay. It was conveniently located, clean and had a great view. We were treated by a monster elk each day of our stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed Oct 16, 2021Nice place and clean. Were told we would have one king bed and 2 queen beds but it was two twin beds. It was tighter than planned with the two twin beds but overall great place.

Stayed Aug 29, 2018We had a one night getaway and for the first time used VRBO, with a bit of trepidation. Our fears were greatly relieved as everything worked well and the place was as represented. No disappointments and the unit and grounds were above expectations. we look forward to a longer getaway to Estes Park and will definitely seek to return to this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was perfect for our family. Being on the first floor was nice. Backed up to the river which was wonderful sitting outside listening to the river flow. Elk even walked by the master bedroom early one morning! The only negative was that the bushes needed trimmed in the back. If they were trimmed back and cleaned up a bit, you would have a nice mountainview. We would definitely stay again

Stayed May 9, 2018The unit was very nice and located right on the Big Thompson river. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was ideal. Easy access to RMNP for evening drives was a highlight.
