We booked last minute (10pm the night before the stay), and the owners were able to confirm very quickly. The property is a time share and is comprised of 5 or 6 buildings (that I saw) that each have around 6-8 units. The unit we were in was nicely appointed. There were a few sample spices for cooking, dish soap, paper towels, two packs of dishwasher detergent as well as two packs of laundry detergent. The bathrooms had bar soap and trial sizes of conditioning shampoo. The beds were comfortable and the comforters were cozy and very warm, which was super nice becuase the night of our stay we had 6 of snowfall. My children enjoyed playing in the courtyard and having a snowball fight! The condo is about 5 minutes to the gate of the RMNP... which was the reason we were visiting. Such a beautiful place! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the unit we stayed in smelled. It seemed like it was a cross between old cigarette smoke and old fryer oil. I opened the window to air the place out, which worked for awhile, but the smell woke me in the middle of the night and I had to open our bedroom window again. That made me wonder if the smell was seeping in from another unit? The cool air from the open window was very refreshing though. The gas fireplace in the unit quickly heats the whole place and is very nice to sit in front of on a snowy day! Check in was easy and the staff was very nice.
