Estes Park, Colorado
This charming and cozy river-adjacent condo set against a breathtaking rock-face backdrop in the heart of downtown offers easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, gorgeous views, and only a short drive to the park. It is not uncommon for our guests to awake to herds of elk mere feet from the front door!
The space features a private bedroom with queen bed, a full kitchen, full bath, and living room with a comfy queen foam mattress sleeper sofa and toasty electric fireplace.
Our listing is new to VRBO but we have many reviews on AirBnb for our other unit (#11 Cozy Condo in the Heart of Downtown Estes) so feel free to take a look at that listing to see our ratings.
Amenities include cable TV, WiFi (mountain internet can sometimes be patchy), and communal exterior gas fire pit. This building has shared patio spaces which include chairs, picnic tables and a gas grill. Take your early morning coffee to the upper deck and soak in the Colorado sunshine and beautiful view.
This cozy space is ideal for a couple or family with smaller children and works for four adults as well! We also have a pack and play available for our younger guests. There some space for a small blowup bed (not provided) if you'd like 5 people and don't mind being pretty packed in!
Notes:
There is a strict policy that at least one member of your party must be 22 years of age or older.
Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Unfortunately we are not able to provide early/late arrival/departure due to the schedule of our other guests and cleaners.
Toilet paper and paper towels are provided at the start of your stay but because we don't have daily maid service, additional consumables are the responsibility of our guests.
This unit is on the lower level so be aware that some noise could be heard from the condos above.
Due to the central location of this condo, there can be some traffic noise. Most guests do not notice or mind but we like to be up front about it. The appeal to this location is its proximity to shopping and restaurants.
Estes Park is a beautiful and popular destination, so at certain times of the year (especially summer), parking can be difficult. Parking in front of the complex can be limited during this time but there are a few options: parking passes are provided to you free of charge to the lot across the street for overnight parking. There is also a free city shuttle system allowing guests to park in the much larger parking structure down the road at the beginning of your stay and shuttle to the unit.
There are very rare instances when when we may need to enter the condo for a repair, to restock something for our cleaners, etc. We always do it during the day and always make an attempt to contact our guests beforehand but if we don’t get a reply, we may knock and if no one is there, let ourselves in to do the brief maintenance. If we get reports/complaints of rowdiness, smoking or pets, we reserve the right to check on the property without notice.
We strive to give you a 5 star experience, so if there are any issues during your stay, please reach out to us so we can make it right!

Walking distance to all the shops! Lovely little place! Would absolutely visit again.
I am so happy I found this Unit#10 for our first visit to Colorado and Estes Park. Our purpose was day-hikes in RMNP. The location of the Loft was IDEAL!! We were able to walk everywhere, except of course, the NP. The owners made our stay so cozy. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect place. It was ideal for us!! Perfect for 2 adults. Communication was spot on; check-in and check-out was easy. I highly recommend Unit #10!!
Property owners went out of thier way to notify us of potential issues and current conditions due to covid. Excellent communication and helpfulness. The unit is great... My only complaints are that every area rug in the place was horribly curled at the corners. Juat really detracted from the look of the place and seems like something that could be easily rectified. Also the floor next to the fridge and in the deep corners of the bathroom could use some more thourough cleaning for example but overall the place felt well kept and is the perfect location for an Estes trip. Walking distance to downtown and a short drive to RMNP. The building that the unit is in was quiet and we didn't have any issues.
Very close to sopping and restaurants. Highly recommended
