4 seasons of adventures on Indian Lake/Sunset View Resort/Unit#4

This cabin is a 1000/1000 stay we will definitely be coming back, nicest people ever! And it was very clean and child friendly which we very much appreciated!

The property was perfect! 10/10 for our family of 6 to stay during hockey playoffs. My son also did some ice fishing and Larry helped him get on the fish!

This cabin was beautiful and great for the whole family. Kid friendly games and activities were provided and we really loved that.

It’s an amazing place to stay. Very relaxed. The cabin was nice and clean and felt like home. The host was great you had any questions she would answer them. The people are very friendly out there. The lake views are gorgeous. I highly recommend staying there!

This was such an easy going comfortable stay. I had everything that my family and I needed available to make our stay enjoyable. the property is absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of games or books to flip through. The left a binder with history of the lake in the area, which was wonderful to deepen our appreciation for our trip. Food recommendations and maps were available. And the neighbors we encountered, we're wonderfully pleasant.

This was just what we needed for a quick weekend trip to the UP. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was lovely and our host was very kind and accommodating. We hope to come back for our next UP trip.

We would love to come back sometime in the summer. Thank you for hosting us. My brother and I enjoyed reliving our childhood.

Kathy and Larry are amazing people. I can’t say enough about our 2 night stay. It was our best experience we have had. The cabin was warm and cozy, very clean. This will be the only place we stay at. I HIGHLY recommend….

Great location, amenities were amazing, fully stocked cabin (thank goodness because ai forgot shampoo!). The stars here were beautiful and even got a little Northern Lights as a bonus!

Great location to explore the Upper Peninsula. Cabin was clean and comfortable for the 4 adults that stayed . We enjoyed the views of Indian Lake that were just steps away from the cabin, Kathy was very helpful with our stay and her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Kathy’s cabin again.

This property was all and more than we could have hoped for! Clean, welcoming, with all possible thoughtful appointments, we had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable, cozy stay. Our hosts could not have done more to make us feel welcome and to accommodate us in every way. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

What a gem that Kathy and Larry have and share with their guests- a beautiful lakeside cottage, fully stocked and clean. Furniture is comfortable and homey. Check in was seamless and hosts were incredibly helpful with recommendations in and around the area. Fantastic people! Larry even came back with two more kayaks so we could enjoy a sunset paddle all together. We had full days planned but once we settled in, we decided one day had to be at the property instead- enjoying this little slice of U.P. paradise. Thank you from the Driftless DeGarmo Family!

Sunset View is lovely - The Winters’ have done an amazing job making this mini resort a wonderful destination for relaxation & respite. Our cabin was so comfortable, clean, & well appointed. At no point did we say, “I wish they had … here.” They had everything we needed. Our hosts were great communicators, too. Check-in was effortless & the guest book had every bit of info you need to reference. We were a little nervous when we realized there was no A/C, but the lower outside temps & multiple fans kept the cabin cool.The shower/tub area of the bathroom is rather dark, but definitely clean & decent water pressure. Highly recommend Sunset View!

Spent a few days with my father. The cabin was perfect and the setting and the views were amazing.

Had two friends visiting us who wanted to see the Upper Peninsula. We made a VRBO reservation here and it surpassed our hopes and expectations. Warm thorough greeting on arrival. Phenomenal property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very comfortable and in a great location. We will definitely be looking to book again with Kathy.

We booked this place for snowmobiling owner we’re very friendly and we only had a short ride the the trail, would definitely rent again!

The house itself was cozy and clean but what sets this place apart was the level of kindness from the hosts.We went for a cold weekend of ice fishing and from when we first arrived we were treated as if we were neighbors. We will definitely be back!

Larry and Kathy were great hosts ! Cabin was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Well thought out for families visiting. Kathy even thought of things we didn’t ! Very centrally located for nice day trips to enjoy the beautiful Upper Peninsula!

Fantastic location. We had 5 guys ice fishing for a week. Plenty of room to relax and stretch out. Very clean and well taken care of. Hosts Kathy and Larry are the best. They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is everything you want. We definitely recommend the property for year round enjoyment. Very comfortable and cozy. Everything you can imagine is supplied from utensils, blankets, ice cube trays, games and puzzles and a nice view of Indian Lake. If you are looking for a place to stay in the upper peninsula I would suggest to stay here.

Property was clean and super convenient for pur purpose of stay. Host was super friendly and very accommodating during our stay. We will be back again.

The accommodations were perfect for exploring the area and taking day trips to nearby attractions. The kitchen is fully outfitted for eating in, you have use of the fire pit, grill, fish cleaning station, and kayaks! Kathy is a fantastic host and was easy to communicate with and had great tips to help us enjoy our stay.
