Stayed Jan 30, 2025The property itself is lovely but the advertising is misleading . It's a side building on same property as the owners personal home with the dining area exposed and in full view of the main house , so not very private. It was hot the day I arrived but the air conditioner did not cool the place down at all with cheap fans for the bedroom area which just moved the air around . I paid for 4 days , left after 4 hours and no refund.

Stayed May 18, 2019My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay at this guest house in Como. It was a modern, clean, stand alone building in a good area. It had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact, and was very hospitable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much.

Stayed Feb 6, 2019Como Retreat was truly a home away from home. Clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need on holiday. Public transport almost on the door stop means everything is super accessible. They have a fantastic Farmers Market just down the road on a Saturday morning which makes grabbing beautifully fresh supplies very easy. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. Annette and her family could not have made us feel more welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 25, 2018My stay at Como Retreat was fantastic and I would recommend this as a base to anyone visiting Perth. Easy access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Neat, clean and spacious villa with everything you need to be self reliant. The hosts were extremely welcoming too, nothing was too much trouble.
