Stayed Dec 30, 2023The property is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and linen luxurious. Continental breakfast was fresh and ample. Kate was friendly and informative regarding local attractions, and the welcoming hime.baked muffins were a tasty bonus. The location was perfect for us, with bus stop close by and just a short journey into South Perth.

Stayed Oct 3, 2023I loved my stay at this Como location. Kate and David were the perfect hosts, friendly but unobtrusive. The cereal and milk, the OJ, the fresh bread were all unexpected bonuses and the home made muffin was lovely too. If I'm in Perth again, I'll definitely look to book here again :)

Stayed Jan 28, 2023Kate is such a lovely and warm host. Both my mum and I enjoyed the stay thoroughly and felt really welcome in Perth! The property is well maintained and clean. Good breakfast spread with a variety of coffee and tea selection. Especially enjoyed all the types of tea Kate has provided :) The area is peaceful yet extremely convenient with good food just down the road at Como Hotel, Pinto Thai; Great Coffee at Manic Espresso and easy access to public transport with the bus stop at less than 200 metres away.
