My husband and I Stayed for 2 nights, and the cottage experience was so lovely! We woke up to 3 inch of snow the morning of our departure, but we were grateful that the plow truck plowed around our car around 530am, and the host left a shovel, car brush, driveway salt to ensure we had everything we needed. Communicating with host/manager was occasionally tricky when AT the cabin- the wifi at the cottage was usually working, but the cell service was so low that once in a while, I got failure to send text alerts. Fortunately, we had little need to reach out during our stay ❤️ would happily return to this tiny cabin!
Highly recommend. Cozy nook tucked away in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont.
Hosts were extremely responsive and the place was just as advertised. Would recommend to a friend.
The cottage was perfect! Very clean, and the perfect size for a couple. The views were unbelievable!
5 minutes from downtown Woodstock but feels like being in the country side. Just beautiful area!
This property had such a pretty setting. Although it sat at the bottom of a ski slope, we enjoyed this Gem in the summer months. The grounds of the property are quite large and you got the feeling it was all part of your backyard. Also, we had the unfortunate luck of visiting Woodstock during a total town shutdown due to a water main break. This meant there were no restaurants open for business. The host of this property recognized our situation and cordially offered the use of her own personal kitchen, porch and barbecue. If you are a party of two who don’t feel the need for a large fancy hotel but appreciate a clean and freshly updated accommodation, then this serene little gem will check all your boxes. Coffee and cocktails over looking the beautiful meadow was such a joy.
Out side view was very nice
Location was fantastic, view was lovely, enough amenities to feel like home.
Everything about this place felt like home! The decor was great and the views from the back yard were awesome. The town is very cool and skiing is around the corner. Highly recommend
This was the perfect location for a cozy weekend ski trip. The bungalow was as described/pictured, plowed, shoveled and immaculate. We would absolutely stay again!
This little guest house was perfect! We loved the sitting area outside & the view was just amazing. Such a short drive into town made it so convenient!
Cozy, clean, close to everything but also away from it all! Great place to spend a few days!
We stayed for two nights at this lovely place. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a gift card when we arrived to the local general store just a few steps up the road which we used on coffee in the mornings and snacks.. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with lovely linens, the shower was great. The views in the back are amazing and we made sure to read in the Adirondack chairs when the weather was nice. Lots of channels to watch TV. The only thing that I might say was a negative was there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable (the back bar protruded into our lower backs). These are minor things and we loved our time here. It was a refreshing and relaxing place to be - we were sorry we didn’t bookfor one more day!
A cozy but comfortable bungalow in a beautiful rural setting. We loved walking up to the general store to get coffee and breakfast, and sitting watching the sunset over the hills.
We chose this because we couldn’t find anything else but now would pick it every time we come no question about it
This was the most wonderful VRBO stay. The scenery was amazing the property was clean and adorable. The frogs sang all night and the birds chirped us awake in the morning. Perfect stay. The directions to get to the house were lacking. The email I got actually lead us to a house 2 hours away and it was nighttime so we could not contact the company to ask questions. That was the only bad part of the stay. Not sure why that other address was listed on our directions to get there.
This was a clean, quite, happy place to stay. We were celebrating our 2-year Anniversary and expecting in October and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is just a stone’s throw away from downtown Woodstock and a skip away to trails and hiking up Suicide Six. We fully recommend this property!!!
