Stayed Dec 27, 2025The host was very welcoming, and very accommodating. There were hiccups that were quickly straightened out. For higher rating would recommend clearer, more detailed instructions for the amenities. Specifically the dishwasher, shower, and the ceiling fans/lights.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This is a quiet basement two-bedroom apartment with a living area and a kitchenette. It is in a small peaceful neighborhood about five miles from Kingsport. It is very clean, organized, and has plenty of room. The furniture is very nice - and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend to go to a weekend music festival at Bristol Motor Speedway. The rental was perfect for our weekend getaway, it had everything we needed. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner even had the property ready for early check in even though we didn’t get to arrive early to take advantage of that due to leaving our home later in the day and driving straight to the concert. I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for allowing us to stay ?

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We had a great stay at this property. The place was clean and easily accessible, and it wasn't too far from the race track, which was perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The only minor drawback was the occasional barking from dogs, but it’s definitely a pet-friendly place. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would consider staying here again!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024What a great place to stay while attending MATE ROV World Championship in Kingsport. Accommodations were clean, well appointed and cozy. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown which is just a short 15 min drive away.
