Very Comfortable. Especially liked the coffee and tea available

This was a perfect stay for us. The Guesthouse was flooded by sunlight, the view was spectacular, and we had everything we needed. will be back!

A very nice place, large living space, large bedroom, nice kitchen. Perfect view of Mount Princeton from the front and Buffalo Mtn out the back window. Deck was a nice place to relax. Could use a few more pots and pans and something to bake things in the oven.

Tomas was wonderful and the home was super cute and comfy. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and we would stay here again next time we come back. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. Love watching the sunrises and sunsets on Mount Princeton, and I take my camera out on the deck to capture the beauty. The host is always available to help out if needed but otherwise you don’t see or hear them.

Tomás was quickly responsive to our needs and questions. We very much enjoyed our stay in this charming place-clean, accommodating, great locations for our activities.

The guesthouse and location were perfect for our stay in the area. The place was clean and has a nice view. There was a handwritten note from the owners when we arrived, and they had dog bowls for our pups as well as a dog bed.

Excellent place to stay! Owner was very friendly, wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. Couldn’t walk to town, but it’s a quick drive.

Spacious accommodations in quiet neighborhood. Very close access to downtown. A short drive to hiking and water activities.

The space is very comfortable with fantastic views.There are 16 steps up the stairs to the entry. I assumed the accommodations had a washer and drier since in the accommodations it has laundry listed. Overall the accommodations are very nice and the owner was very pleasant to assist us in carrying a item up that was kind of heavy for my husband and I to carry up the stairs.It is a very comfortable space.

The location was handy, close to town and our children who live nearby. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Tomas is quick to respond to any questions/needs. Lovely family! Very quiet and private above separate garage. Great views of mountains from the front door deck. Highly recommend!! ***Would not recommend for anyone who cannot climb stairs.

We had a great family stay with our newborn son and our dog. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities one might need for a short stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The views from the property are breathtaking. Will go back!

Was nice. Perfect for 2. The futons on not the comfiest but it was good for a night. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is putting a tv in the front room area. Other then that place was quiet and comfy besides the futon for the teenage kids.

This was a clean and comfortable apartment ADU unit above the homeowner’s garage. It’s just a few minutes to downtown, near the airport. The view of Mount Princeton from the front of the apartment is spectacular. BV is our go-two place for long weekend mountain getaways.

This stay was perfect. The rental exceeded my expectations - much larger than I expected, super clean, lovely porch, amenities, location and did I mention it's spacious? Tomas is incredibly responsive and helpful.Enjoyed skiing Breckenridge and Keystone, hiking along the river in BV and eating some great food. I plan to return for a solo trip to the hot springs or with my husband, kids and dog!

This property was a surprise at how great it was! It was so clean, spacious, and had excellent mountain views. We also had our infant with us, and it was safe enough to crawl around without having to worry. The bed was so comfortable too!If this helps any potential visitors, we stayed at Surf Hotel the night before, and the Surf Hotel rooms are always a disappointment with a high price tag. We were so thankful to stay at this VRBO and have a great experience, good sleep, and a quiet neighborhood to enjoy our final night in BV.We will totally be returning for future visits!

Cozy little place with great views! Even though it was cold outside, inside was comfy, cozy. The only thing lacking was maybe a couple kitchen things (measuring cups/spoons, a baking sheet), but overall, this is a great place to stay. Communication with the host was great.

The host went above and beyond shoveling our stairs and a walkway for us. The property was extremely clean and stocked with basic essentials. Absolutely would stay again.

This unit was better than described! It is large, has a full, spacious kitchen with everything you could need, a big bedroom with comfy bed/bedding, bathroom amenities, quality towels, and more! The owner is a great communicator and we hope to stay here again when in BV.

Accommodation was nice but get in the security lock pad was difficult and hard to see numbers in the sunlight

This property was absolutely perfect! We were super comfortable and grateful that our hosts, Tomas and Eva, allowed us the opportunity to stay for only one night. We needed a place to be close to the hot springs in the area, and this spot was ideal. In hindsight, we wish we could have stayed longer! The Mt Princeton hot springs were so enjoyable, and the discounted passes the hosts provided saved us $20. Thanks so much for a wonderful home away from home.

Tomas' guest suite was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with great views. It's cozy, clean, and private.

We were in town for two nights. The owners were great about answering questions prior to our stay. Check in was a breeze. The property is in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from downtown and the mountain views are truly spectacular. The apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable, very spacious, and the dogs loved their doggie bed and treats. The portable AC unit was great for keeping us cool at night. We didn't receive any check out instructions but that didn't take away from a great stay overall. Would stay here again for sure.

My wife and I had a great stay in Buena Vista. The place was perfect (like new), and convenient to get to town, hiking, and fishing. Would definitely return.
