Modern Guest House Overlooking Laguna's Ocean/Canyons For A Relaxed Coastal Stay

The apartment has beautiful views from every room. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lovely outdoor space with grill. And the hosts are friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful place to stay. Awesome views! It was immaculate, a great kitchen to cook, wonderful outside grill! The hosts were super nice and very helpful! All around great stay! We would definitely stay there again!!

My wife and I have rented homes around the world.. none have been better: the hosts ( Ruth & JC ) are exceptional in every way.. the view of the Pacific is stunning… amenities absolutely first class… if there were a rating above “ excellent “ we would give. The pics simply do not give it justice !

Perched on a hill in a Tony neighborhood overlooking Laguna Beach, this place is amazing. The first thing we saw was a wall of windows overlooking the ocean. The property is new and tastefully furnished in a minimalist modern style. The owners, Ruth and J.C., are wonderful! We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. We will be back!

We wanted to get away from the Texas heat, so we rented Casa Maria for the entire month of July. It was truly an amazing property. This is the guesthouse of the main home. The hosts, Ruth and JC were absolutely the best hosts you could ever want. They responded instantly with any requests. The home is very new and modern with high end appliances. The home was well appointed with items needed for daily living. The outdoor patio provided a great place for morning coffee and evening cocktails with a spectacular view. The pictures do not do the views justice. Ruth and JC were extremely helpful in guiding us to their favorite restaurants and area highlights. We are already considering booking for next year. You will not be disappointed in your choice.

What ever I say about this property and service is not enough, before I check in I had several requests, owner of this property very easy to communicate with, she makes me feel home and very comfortable, this brand new guest house is absolutely high end and everything you imagine like kitchens appliances, bedding… there for you , if you are planning for Laguna beach , this place is the on of the best place ever . Owner and her husband they are very welcoming and super friendly , they took me many times for long hike , beach and showed me around to get to know my area , I can’t ask for more better service , lucky family or any one that going to stay there , I miss them already. We absolutely enjoyed Casa Maria! Beautiful, new, clean and modern home with ocean views, nice landscaping and lots of amenities. Well stocked and the welcome baskets were so appreciated! The EV charging was an added bonus. The hosts were attentive and very friendly. We had no issues and highly recommend this property.

Absolutely loved our stay here! This guest house is perfectly perched on a hillside with incredible views of the ocean and city and the most amazing sunsets every evening. The neighborhood is beautiful, just a short drive into downtown Laguna, many beach coves all along the shore and tons of dining options close by. The house is immaculate, high-end finishes and designed beautifully. Hosts JC and Ruth were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful time staying here. The property is great, new, clean and just a few minutes by car away from the beach. The sunset views every night were stunning. Unlike most houses in Laguna, this one has AC which is very helpful on hot summer days. Overall it was a great experience and the hosts were great. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that is thinking about it.
